She was so professional and informative from the very start. She walked me through the entire process, provided me with so much information on the variety of tint they carry for cars, and she even told me they can do the same for my house. Just off the strength of her great customer service and the price (of course), I set up an appointment to get my truck tinted, that same day. Within an hour, my SUV was tinted and it came out AMAZING! While I was at the shop, I talked to Lilly about getting some privacy tinting on my home. I showed her a few pictures of my living room and she provided me with a few samples to take home so my husband and I can pick the right film. All the samples were perfect for what I need. I had a hard time choosing, but we finally landed on the ceramic 35%. It still allowed a great amount of sunlight into my home, but we got the privacy we wanted and cut down on the heat and glare that was coming through the windows. We also got a lifetime warranty for both my truck and my house. So if anything goes wrong with the tint, we can have it replaced for FREE for the life of my car or house. You really can't beat that. Overall, I am extremely happy with how everything came out and how I was treated with such courtesy and professionalism from start to finish.

This product did not install anything like it was represented in the instruction…read morevideo that is provided by Tint Rebel, and one of the films I received (full rear window) was cut about 1/8-1/4 of an inch too short. The company is calling it 'installation error' and refusing to accept a return/refund. I followed the instructions exactly as they are outlined and watched their provided video a few times before beginning my install. The instruction video shows an installer holding one corner of the tint against a window and easily sliding the film down into the window slot and into position within about a minute. This was ABSOLUTELY NOT the experience I had. The films I received did not slide against the windows at all. I spent a solid hour just trying to get the two rear windows installed, having to try to wiggle/finagle the tints down into the slots and into the correct positions on the glass. This led to a ton of air bubbles, which did not seem like they would go away over time. I spent another hour attempting to install the front driver's window tint and was unable to do so. No matter how hard I tried, I could not get it to go down far enough into the window slot to get it aligned and into position. The closest I could get it was to a point where the top of the tint was about three inches above the top of the window. It was at this point I stopped attempting the install and reached out to Tint Rebel to advise them of my experience and request a return/refund. I was told it was 'installation error' and that they would not accept a return/refund. I fell for the good reviews and 'easy' installation claims/videos, but I had a completely opposite experience. I have worked on cars for decades and have never had as frustrating an experience with a product/company as I have here. I would strongly recommend bypassing this product and just installing some actual old-fashioned window tint instead.

At the time of purchase, there was no clear or prominent disclosure indicating that this product would not be covered by a warranty or would be non-returnable when used on vehicles with indexing windows, such as the Tesla Model Y. Only after completing the transaction were we informed of these significant limitations. This information is critical to a customer's purchasing decision and should be communicated transparently prior to checkout. Upon learning this, we promptly requested to cancel the order and receive a refund. Despite this request being made in a timely manner, the order was not canceled and was instead shipped several days later, removing any opportunity to resolve the issue before delivery. After receiving and attempting to use the product, it became clear that it is not compatible with indexing windows. Each time the door is opened, the window slightly lowers--as designed by Tesla--and causes the tint film to lift at the bottom edge. This repeated movement prevents proper adhesion and renders the product ineffective for its intended purpose on this vehicle. Given that this appears to be a known compatibility issue, it is concerning that the product continues to be marketed for use with vehicles like the Tesla Model Y without clear warnings or disclaimers. At a minimum, customers should be explicitly advised of the risks, limitations, and lack of return eligibility prior to purchase. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing, particularly due to the lack of transparency and the inability to cancel the order despite prompt action. I would strongly encourage TintRebel to improve its product disclosures and customer service processes to better align with reasonable consumer expectations. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this product for Tesla vehicles equipped with indexing windows.

So I park and ask "Hey. You have time today? I was here yesterday " to the young guy. This older guy (45+ years old . Eastern European looking with a accent. Probably the manager or owner I would assume by the way he came out of nowhere trying to set dominance). This is the conversation : Him "yea ?? (With a attitude)". Me "hey I was here yesterday . I wanted to get tints. Do you know if they time ?" Him "you have to wait". Me "do you know how long?" Him "probably an hour. 45 mins. Sooner. I don't know". Me "should I come back later ?" Him "I don't know . You have to wait. First come first service . I'm not setting any appointments for anyone". Me "aiight". Ever single word with him he had a attitude like he's doing me a favor. Like someone peed in his cereal this morning. So I back up my car and leave that shit show . See I don't have time to argue or go back and forth with this dirtbag. Show some respect or atleast be polite towards customer . I hope you see this and learn to be a little more nice to customers. You lost my money and whoever elses money who reads this. Good job.
