BST was assigned for my tow and arrived 15 minutes earlier then expected in a sparkling newer RAM tow truck. The driver (Chris) jumped out and got my information from me, snapped a few pictures and inputted the vin; took about 3 minutes. Hooked it up and loaded it in about 7 minutes. I hopped in the cab and we were off, 5 minute drive. Got to know the driver a bit, he grew up in the bay just like myself so we had a hoot talking about all the changes we've seen. He's been towing 25+ years! Drop off took about 2 minutes. Now my Nissans a little beat up so I wasn't expecting too much but the care this man took was as if he was handling super cars; readjusting if the bumper was getting a little too close to the ground and double checking straps/chains truly put me at ease.
