I paired it with a side salad and blue cheese dressing, plus an unsweetened iced tea with lemon. My wife ordered The Barrel, their Philly cheesesteak, with a side of sweet potato fries. We also shared an order of house-made potato skins. It was far too much food, in a good way, and we took plenty home. Service was outstanding and truly a team effort. One moment stood out: when my wife hesitated to ask for sour cream for the potato skins, our server immediately said, "It's just 15 steps, let me get it for you." Normally, my wife checks all of the ingredients but we trusted the salesman. When we got home we read that the first ingredient is high fructose corn syrup. High fructose corn syrup is not healthy for people with diabetes as well as others. We like to support locally made products and veteran owned businesses. Unfortunately we cannot support this business. We checked other BBQ sauces in the supermarket and not only did they not have high fructose corn syrup, they usually have as the first ingredient tomato puree.
