Super fun local bar! The service is great, great failures, great TVs to watch games on.

I'm currently 25 now and Warehouse has been right down the street from me my whole life! When I first started going I would say it was a low-key dive bar with lots of pool tables that always plays the fights between boxing and MMA/ most sporting events. Fast forward to now. It is a little less low-key but I still feel the same way about the bar! The cocktails are poured properly And the service is always timely. They have a taco truck and a pizza Leon truck in front of warehouse and both are very good options to go check out! read more

The wait time for a pool table is ridiculous, on top of that you will still end up waiting longer than the time they say. Music was horrible but the drinks were good for the price. I wouldn't recommend coming here on weekends. read more

As Vikings fans in Austin for a visit, we had to stop by this Vikings bar on a Sunday! The place was packed with purple - huge viewing in the front area with the kindest hosts. Came over and introduced themselves, gave us each koozies and necklaces, offered us to participate in their raffle and have food from their crockpots. Only downside was the viewing was in the smaller part of the bar, so there wasn't quite room for everyone and we had to sit far away from the action. Bartender on duty was also great, so friendly and fun to chat with. Drinks were made great and was served quickly. The vibe of this place is definitely a huge, fun, divey bar. Has maybe 20 quality pool tables, 4 dart boards, a punching bag and blackjack table, plus its right off the highway. Thursday nights have the best beer deal in Austin. Horrible service. I understand this is a 21+ bar, yet you should be able to sit with someone of age even if you are not; especially if it is family you are going with. I was forced to sit off of the property entirely, after being told that it was alright to sit on the steps. I wasn't even allowed to sit at the seating for the food trucks that weren't a part of the bar. It was humiliating and embarrassing to be separated from family like that, especially when on a family trip. Thank goodness I never have to come back here again. read more

Went to visit our friend who works there. And was denied service by a short bald security guy who has fake sheriff patches on his bulletproof vest. We were told chug our redbull and throw it away. Once that happens the bald guy said no one's getting in. We understand no outside drinks but for the staff to say chug and once we did what they asked to not allow us in. Very rude. We are regulars with staff and not even them could help. Bartenders and the business missed out on money from loyal customers. All because the security guard had a power trip. read more

The Warehouse is a very large billiards sports bar. I like the esthetic this bar gives off. I've visited this bar twice thus far, this last time being on Karaoke Tuesday. I.... probably won't go back on another Tuesday lol. The music coming from the back billiards area was so loud, it was overpowering the people singing karaoke in the front. If you're going to have a scheduled karaoke night, why not either turn off the speakers in the back area or turn them down ‍. My 1st drink was an adios mf and it was pretty good. My 2nd drink was a dirty Vodka Martini (made by a different bartender). I didn't really taste any olive juice in my drink and the vermouth was overpowering. When the 1st bartender came back over, I asked if she could check to see if I was giving a regular martini or a dirty martini. She asked the other bartender who stated it was in fact a dirty martini and there was olive juice in it. I was then told, next time just ask for it extra dirty .... So that was fun . I'm not sure when I'll visit this bar again but if you're looking for a nice billiards hangout in South Austin, this is your spot. read more

While getting some work done on my car I dropped in to the Warehouse. At 12:30 pm on a Saturday (just after opening) it is not surprising that I was one of three people in the bar. The venue looks nice with lots of space, a phalanx of pool tables and other games. One problem. A *very* curmudgeonly and unfriendly bartender. I get it. You're a tough guy...and look like you're in a biker gang but I've known bikers without the f*cked up attitude. YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE NICE. I DON'T HAVE TO SPEND MONEY HERE. It's a nice, cool, dimly lit bar. Somewhat of a refuge during a brutal Austin Summer. The people are friendly enough and the bartenders are very attentive. But what puzzles me is why they need to turn up the music so loud. Do I need to listen to 1975 Disco so loud that I have to raise my voice? i come here to shoot pool and there are a decent number of tables of 8 and 9 feet. on a satrday it was busy and we had to wait about half an hour. we played for 2-3 hours and spent $35. could be cheaper but it's fun and there's space. the servers come around to get you drinks. there's an arcade and plenty of tvs and decent variety of drinks. read more

Best place in South Austin for billiards, darts, sports TV and shuffle board. The staff is so incredibly friendly and they keep the place clean and organized. Warehouse also does the billiards tables to professional standards and it shows. This is our goto spot every week, typically Wednesday or Thursdays. One thing I absolutely love is that most all the patrons are here first for billiards or bar games, and drinks are second. Seems to keep the place calm, quite and respectful! Warehouse fell off & seem to be going under charging $20 PER person for a mid card UFC fight (Cejudo vs Sterling). That's literally the price of two beers that I would've spent at the bar.. The 2 couples in front of me got a refund for practically paying for the whole fight.. Once I was told how much the cover was I instantly turned around. I remember when this place had no cover. The Jones return fight (way bigger card / draw) they were only charging $5 which is more do able. Fix this if you want to continue having loyal business from customers. I feel bad for the lonely men who actually paid that & will be definitely going to my other spots for the fights now. read more

This place sucks. Came for the first time on a Thursday for the $2 craft beer night which is advertised on the website and on their illuminated screen outside. Turns out they canceled it over 2 weeks ago and still leave it up to get people in. We were charged $9 for a beer that was advertised as $2. I could be more understanding if the bartender didn't walk away from me mid conversation after taking my money and not giving my beer. I had to ask for help from two other people before finally getting my beer and not getting my change. I will not return to this place, it is a sad establishment with less than mediocre bartenders and false advertising. read more

This is a fun place! It's kind of in the middle of nowhere, doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's great. It's literally in a big warehouse, so it's plenty of space. A nice long bar, seating area for karaoke, and then like 26 pool tables, plus shuffleboard and foosball, in the back. We went at like 10 on a Saturday night, so it was busy af, but they had a lady taking down names on a waitlist. Not 15 minutes later, I got a call on my phone and we were good to go. Pool was about 8 bucks an hour, and pro-rated. It does get loud and rowdy in there, but it's all in good fun. read more

Can I just say... Everything is big in Texas. My Vodka Tonic was poured nicely. The friendly atmosphere was welcoming and i enjoyed the locals and chit chatting about music and concerts. I will be coming back my next trip to Austin. The dive bar atmosphere is very pleasing and not too confining. There are plenty of pool tables and the Karoake was cool. Sorry no pics.
