Amazing staff and great vibes. I would recommend coming here brunch or even just drinks. They have a pool table, booths, bar seating, and even outdoor seating for when the weathers nice. Our group of 4 really had wide eyes when we initially walked in. Beautiful location, cool vibes and I was told the burgers were delicious. We wanted to be there for some time but slowly and surely found out that the service was behind the bar was horrific. The bartender had 0 sense of...well I can't really say urgency because she was moving fast but wasn't really doing much. Somehow it managed to be the biggest waiting game to order drinks but we weren't at a nightclub. I saw a group of guys in the corner order- and by all means, give your regulars a little extra love, they are consistent, us newbies are not. Anywho, I see them take shots, order beers, kiss hands and all then close out their tab.I make eye contact with 2 dudes down at the other end of the bar that had been in there probably 10 mins before me, a guy that walked in probably 5 mins after me and we are all sort of looking like who's first? In my head, if I tell the beloved regulars to order me a draft twisted tea, I can Cash App them right? WRONG! This girl leaves from behind the bar and starts to kick it like Beckham with Mr. Regulars. So of course, I walked my thirsty ass over there and said " excuse me, can WE please order our drinks too?" Did these guys buy out the bar and us common folk have to wait for our rations of good ol tap? I made a decision, I'd rather just close out. So I did. I warn my friends but they were also.... Thirsty. At a bar. After work, at 7pm on a Friday night. Can ya blame em??? My friend goes inside, attempts to order a Michelob and a 1 singular frozen marg. After 15 mins, I watched my friend pick up her phone call her fiancé and demand that he close the tab so we can high tale it anywhere but there. The moral of the story is... don't let a bartender limit you to spending $30 on a Friday night. Go to a spot where you're a regular and spend $300 like we did. It's a fine bar. The burgers I had before were pretty good. There is a nice outdoor space that shares with the bar next door. They've got 2 pool tables indoors. One of the hefe beers we got had hint of a fishy taste for some reason. We couldn't not finish it. Nice place to stop by still especially if you are going to see a show nearby. We went there before the show across the street to kill some time. I got a glass of Jefe and I'm not sure what exactly cause it but it tasted like smoked salmon. The kind you put on a bagel, ya know. I have had this beer before and I know it is supposed to be smoky BUT not fishy?!?!?! Also the bathrooms' choice of stall doors is questionable. Who decided that double door opening was a great idea for a bar bathroom (or any crammed bathroom overall). I was sober and took me a moment to properly get it to close. The reviews had me so worried I almost didn't go, but I had a great time here! Yes, the parking lot is small, but please, there IS a parking lot in the first place. Beyond that, it's not hard to get street parking nearby anyway. The venue itself is spacious and diverse, with many different environments to socialize and make merry. There's a private room for karaoke with its own bar, poor tables in the main room, and TVs with various sports playing. Outdoor, you've got corn hole and even some fun swings that become increasingly dangerous as you imbibe. I didn't try any of the food, but they have it. This is my first time here on a Friday night around 6pm. I got lucky with parking in there a lot, but it was pretty full even by the time I got there. The vibes of the place were pretty cool. It was a good place to come with a group of friends and sit at the bar or kickback in a booth or a picnic table outside. Inside, they had pool tables in the back and karaoke room and outside that day they had, a live DJ. as for my food, I wasn't pressed by the price point. It was nice to pay six dollars for a burger which filled me up, but I'm not sure would fill up other people. The burger itself was juicy, flavorful and the bun was plush! We came here once to take out my cousins and discovered they have a Tuesday steak dinner special, so we ordered that special which comes with Roasted Brussel sprouts that are delicious. Don't really like Brussel sprouts but the way they make it here is soo good. The steak is yummy and tender. We also ordered some drinks and thats where the one less star comes from because of the lack of service from one of the bartenders. She was the representation of selective service and neglect. She would tend to certain customers but we were that group she didn't care to pay attention to us and dont go to her if you want an old fashioned. If it wasn't for the excellent service and professionalism of the manager, that night would have been a bad experience and would have me upset. He had a talk with her and he took care of us the rest of the time. We were grateful he noticed and took over. My friends and I had a total blast here. It's connected to copperhead with a large outdoor area in between. There are so many things to do, it's kind of like an adult playground with beer!! I've been here twice and loved it each time. The first time was on a weekend night a few years ago with my fiancé for the bar scene, and we had a great time chatting with our friends & playing cornhole. The second time was this past Monday, to celebrate a flag football championship with my team. I got food this time around, and all of it was delicious. Joined Yelp just to review the fact that this "sports bar" apparently lets the clients pick the games on Sunday and once chosen no one else can get it changed. Buzz Mill has $3.25 PBR and at least they don't choose to not put on games. Very disappointing experience as per usual if I am being honest. Basically if you don't know the bartenders don't bother. The wings were also large and just the right amount of crispy. The show stopper was the sweet potato tatter tots. Hands down the best tots we've ever had! Cons: bartenders aren't friendly.
