My refrigerator died on a Saturday two weeks before Christmas. On Sunday I had done my research, measured my fridge hole and went to Warner's ready to buy. Mary was excellent, showing me the exact three fridges I had landed on, helping me with measurements, and walking me through the realization I needed a carpenter to take 1-1/2" off my top of fridge cabinet in order for the new one to fit. (Minor rant: WHY do appliance manufacturers make all the new fridges taller than they were twenty years ago?? Why?) Worked out the purchase and then got hit with the awful news: deliveries are backed up from Black Friday sales and I will have to wait two weeks for delivery. Bear in mind my fridge is dead, stinking up my kitchen. Now, it's hella cold in Minnesota in December, so fridge stuff is fine in my garage. But. Going to the garage for cream for my tea, for a glass of milk, for (don't judge me!) a glass of wine is getting really old. Mary, however, was on it! She checked delivery openings every day, called me to keep me updated, and then pulled a rabbit out of a hat and my delivery was moved up by eight days! Finally, today, my new fridge was installed. Josh was a total boss of an installer. He had to take off one of my front doors, he repaired the bottom locking bolt that was stuck, installed the fridge, rehung my door, I mean really went above and beyond. I am extremely happy. Delivery was free, install was free, carting away my old fridge was free. I highly recommend Warners Stellian. read more

Our family has purchased a number of appliances through Warners' Stellian, yet their customer service has been extremely disappointing and frustrating each time we've needed a repair unfortunately. I certainly understand there are processes, and it takes time for ordering and receiving parts. However, the persons we've spoken with have been condescending and lacking in basic empathy and understanding. Repair appointments are difficult to schedule, and, when we're finally able to schedule, it's usually pretty far out. Again, we understand that there can be some delays, but the poor customer service paired with lengthy wait times are making us rethink where we'll purchase from in the future. read more

I purchased a Kitchenaid elective stove and a dishwasher and a GE dryer in December 2025. The sales agent was very informed and easy to work with. Delivery and installers were great. My peeve is the Kitchenaid rebate process. I did all that was requested using the online process. A pic is required of the invoice and the card showing the S/N. I uploaded/attached the pics required. I am now on the FOURTH attempt as they keep rejecting it saying they can't read it. Last response is the dishwasher information doesn't match the store information. This is very frustrating. It is almost like a rebate bate/scam. You need to do better for customers that spend that much money at your store. read more

This will be my third & final update. After multiple promises to be contacted by Warner Stellian for breaking the pipe in our house, which required an emergency plumber - they have never followed through and contacted us. This company caused damage to our house, and then never tried to make it right. Please stay away from this company at all costs. The only contact I have had is from the staff member who monitors their Yelp reviews. She emailed me last week promising someone would call me- that never happened. It has been over 3 weeks since their installation staff broke a pipe in our house, which required our water being shut off and an emergency plumber coming out to replace the part. The installation person even ASKED US if he was installing the washer properly. Instead, he broke a part of our plumbing and failed to install the washer. Because Warner Stellian refused to contact us afterwards, we had to have a plumber finish the installation that they failed to do. This company does not train their employees and their customers pay the price. Please, never use this company. read more

When sales people don't want to help you it's a good sign the economy is peaking. Stopped into the store to not be greeted by anyone and at first I was happy to just start looking. But not once did anyone come over to ask if we had questions. I'd ask the woman at the computer but she had ear buds in and looked like she was busy with Facebook. CHUG, CHUG, GURGLE, GURGLE, GURGLE, HISS! That sound you hear is my brand new Whirlpool refrigerator, model WRT519SZDT, sold to me by Warner's Stellian. When I complained about the noise, the saleswoman offered to replace it with another one - if I would pay half of the delivery fee. I agreed, and the second refrigerator arrived. It went CHUG, CHUG, GURGLE, GURGLE, GURGLE, HISS! Warner's Stellian offered no further help. Whirlpool bought it back from me, and I got a GE, which simply hums, as a refrigerator should. However, I have to kiss good-bye the money I paid for the icemaker to be installed in the Whirlpool refrigerator. Also the money for the extended warranty. Also the tax on the above two items. Also that half of the delivery fee. For a total of $103.46. Warner's Stellian advertises their great customer service, which was nowhere in evidence in my case. We built our home, and the company had us go with Warner Stellian for our appliances.We only used our dishwasher four times in a year. Before the year was up, we kept hearing a beep. After a while, we noticed the panel was lit up. Thinking we had bumped it, we tried to reset. It would go off and on. When we called for a repair, it had been past the one year warranty, so we ended up spending almost as much to repair it, as it cost to buy! Then our oven stopped working, and tripped a fuse, every time we started it. You guessed it, we owe! These are all GE appliances. They cost us a pretty penny! And were still paying! Ever since Best Buy dripped refrigerator water all over my carpet, I have been a faithful customer of Warners' Stellian. Oven, washing machine, dryer. I was in need of a new washer and dryer and for the first time went to the (newer) Shakopee location. I ended up with a pricey Speed Queen dryer which I hate. The saleswoman assured me it had features I had to have. When I emailed her saying it didn't have them, she replied I must have read the manual wrong, then after checking, admitted her mistake. Now I'm stuck for the next 10 years with a commercial dryer with no end of cycle buzzer or wrinkle shield. So the dryer shuts off and I end up with wrinkled clothes because I can't hear it turn off in the basement unless the TV, AC, furnace is off, etc. For that reason, I can no longer run the washer at the same time as the dryer. Not only do I hate doing the laundry now, but it takes twice as long. I sure miss the dryer I had bought at Best Buy and wish I had attempted to get it fixed even though it was past its life span. If not for the above, I wouldn't have minded the 4 repair visits to fix the dryer occasionally shutting off minutes after starting. The repairmen disagreed with each others' diagnosis and I had to take multiple days off work. I still don't know if the problem is fixed. From their website it appears they have additional models available in their warehouse. Why the saleswoman limited me to what they had on the floor, I don't know. And of course, there's no "testing" for features. I'm due for a new refrigerator soon. I will do my research in advance and will be buying from a location other than Warners' Stellian. read more

We purchased a Induction stove at Warners. Our sales associate advised us the Stove was quiet. She said we would need special pots that would work on the magnetic stove. I purchased a set for around $250. When using the burners the thing sounds like it's going to take off, it's super loud and embarrassing when friends are over. We paid extra for an extended warranty, Total waste of money. I contacted the repair center. This is all over text. They finally contacted me and said if we don't find anything wrong you will have to pay $75. Well the repair guy came out and said I'm using the incorrect pots that work on this stove. Even though the pots say induction safe, this is what's making the loud noise. Today I get a call almost 2 months later that I owe for that repair call. Not $75 but double. If I don't pay Courtney told me they won't service my stove if I can back. I'LL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM WARNERS EVER AGAIN. read more

I ordered a refrigerator and range from the Falcon Heights store. Sales Manager E.J. Houston was very helpful in locating exactly what I needed and responding to my questions on the phone. I didn't visit the showroom. Although a delivery issue early in the day arose, he worked extra hard to ensure I was able to get my appliances later the same day. I know this took a great deal of effort, and I appreciate the store living up to their "excellence in customer service" reputation. I highly recommend this business. read more

We love Warners Stellian! We bought all of our Appliances from them for our previous house and now again for our new house. John Wortman was our salesman. He helped us choose the perfect appliances to for my dream kitchen. We had to special order the stove (dual fuel Thermador) which took only a few weeks, but John kept in touch with us to keep us updated on delivery status. I have my dream appliances and have truly enjoyed cooking on my new stove. I feel like Martha Stewart...(just younger) I am honored to say I will only buy appliances from Warner Stellian. Approximately 9 months ago we purchased a GE refrigerator and stove from Warner Stellian. We are happy with the refrigerator, however, the stove, which came with a stove top griddle, was not properly balanced upon installation. Having placed a level on the griddle I was able to determine that the stove sloped approximately 1/8th to 1/4 inch to the front. This should have been measured during installation. Now if we cook a cake in the oven (as an example) the cake comes out uneven. If we try to fry an egg on the griddle the egg slides into the trench built into the front of the griddle. Additionally any oil or bacon grease also slides into the trench. When I contacted WS I was told it was too late to provide a fix or remedy. I am 75 and have rotator cuff damage in both arms and am unable to lift the stove to see if I can level it myself. It is quite heavy and I also don't wish to possibly damage the stove. WS wants $99.00 to come out to repair a stove which should have been installed correctly in the first place. I really don't think any arbitrary length of time has anything to do with this situation since it was improperly installed from day one. Also, the sales tactics used by one of your sales persons leaves much to be desired. After paying for our purchase the sales person then made an exerted effort to get us to purchase the appliance plan, going so far as to say that any number of mishaps can occur to the appliances which would be covered under the plan. She exaggerated to such an extent I questioned my own decision in purchasing the appliances and left with a very uncomfortable feeling. Although our sales person did her best apparently her hands were tied by corporate..our LG dryer was delivered on Thursday and when plugged in didn't work ! After 7 days of laundry piling up we weren't able to wait for repairs on a dryer we never used . A 125 dollar compensation didn't satisfy my needs to expedite this process so they are picking up their 800 dollar dryer Friday and we start our search again. Waste of time read more

Really disappointing experience...we initially visited the WS Shakopee location when our dryer died and we bought a washer and dryer set without issues. Unfortunately, that's when the positive experience ended...we returned about a year later to upgrade our kitchen appliance suite and it was an awful experience almost from the start and one that we're continuing to deal with. Our sales rep was friendly and helpful while we were in the store but it felt like as soon as we walked out the door, that's where the customer service ended. We were provided the wrong rebate information and only after several calls requesting help did we get any. Then upon delivery of our kitchen appliances, our refrigerator had a broken interior drawer, a dent in the freezer door and immediately started making a loud buzzing noise. As of now, nearly six months later, we're still waiting on the freezer door to be replaced and for the service team to come look at the buzzing noise. We are now also being told that the only way we can have the buzzing noise looked at is if we wait until the freezer door is delivered or else we'll have to pay for a service visit...really unbelievable since the issue was reported upon delivery and we're now being told that they can't give us any eta on when the freezer door will arrive. Really unprofessional customer service experience...won't be shopping or recommending Warners Stellian in the future read more

Worst place ever. Run away. After being baited and switched we bought about $4000 in appliances. After just a few years all the junk has been replaced except for the Fisher Paykel washing machine and a Bosch stove. We bought extended warranty on everything but the service we had to get thru another appliance store. This weekend the "suspension rods" failed in the washer. Warner Stellian sent me to appliance parts online! They are a terribly bad joke. read more

Purchased four piece kitchen package. Was installed on time but the electric range was damaged. Install was 8/19/17. Have been waiting for new item to be repaired/replaced. Was told parts not available until end of October? So 4-6 weeks to repair brand new installed appliance is not a positive buying experience. Of the four times when called service dept have yet to be answered live & voicemail is only option. Never received a followup call from sales person or store management. We needed a new washer and dryer as the old units were beginning to need repairs often. We went to the Shakopee location and purchased a new set of Maytags. We worked with the sales person Dan Barnes who was extremely helpful and they scheduled the delivery for the following Saturday. The 2 guys that delivered it were very courteous and efficient. There were professional and educated us on the W/D and what all the buttons were for. We washed 2 loads of clothes and then came Sunday. The washer quit working. The door was locked and we couldn't start it or get the clothes out. We contacted customer service and they scheduled a tech to come out but couldn't get there until the following week. Well this was no good, as it's the week of Thanksgiving and we have a houseful of people staying with us. We contacted Dan Barnes and he made arrangements for the tech to come out the next day. The tech determined it was a bad circuit board and said he would order one and be back next week. I once again contacted Dan and 2 hours later I received a call from a supervisor (Ashley) that they would come out the next day with a whole new washer. I don't have any hard feelings for WarnersStellian because the washer was faulty, but am extremely pleased with the way they handled the whole situation. It's nice to know that this company still cares about the customer and that once the sale is completed, we don't matter anymore. We never would have gotten this kind of service at a big box store.
