My builder used Warner's Stellian for all of my appliances. In some months after I moved in, my new microwave stopped working. I went to the nearest store near me - Coon Rapids for a replacement under warranty. They did not have the same item, so I had to pay a cost difference for an LG from the show room. After less than 5 months, the control panel stopped working. They sent a repairman out and he replaced the panel. Months passed, and the panel stopped working again. I asked for a new microwave since I determined that I was sold a lemon. They refused my request and sent a repairman out again. (He mentioned that they knew LG is famous for that exact problem with their control panels.) I sent him back to end this repeat problem. I feel they didn't want to take a loss and didn't put my needs above their bottom line. The store manager there was not truthful with me. Don't fall for their disney-like commercials. They won't support the customer if they have to lose money to correct an obvious problem. Very, very unhappy, never again. read more

We purchased a washer here yesterday. After dealing with our old washer for two years we finally got over to purchase a new one. I was a bit disappointed that they no longer offer free delivery and take away, but I shouldnt be surprised with how much everything has increased in price. We are suppose to have the new one delivered this weekend. It will be nice not to have to go and push the buttons when the washer starts beeping because of an error. I purchased a refrigerator and microwave from W&S Coon Rapids and let me tell you the appliances are like dent and repair conditions. I contacted the company several times by phone and their online form to alert them immediately that my microwave rattled and clunked as if it was going fail at any moment, the doors on my fridge never settled as the installer guy said so I have fridge doors do not align, and wider apart at the top of the double door. The window of notifying them in thw alloted time passed and still NO contact from WS what so ever. I thought because this was a local company they would do right, but stick with Home Depot, Menards or Lowes at least you know they stand by their product. NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND WS. I bought a washer and dryer here previously and had a very good experience. However, that experience is completely forgotten now that I bought my refrigerator! Although I like the product, the financing was completely screwed up. I used the Synchrony Home card and received a promo not due for 2 years ... but when I checked, Synchrony listed it as only 1 year. Not being part of the bargain or my budget, I called the store, but even after much conversation (hours of trying to get the right people to do the right thing), I had to walk into the location to try to resolve this, and the best I could do was get them to fix it to a 1.5 year promo. Next month, I checked and the promo still was not listed correctly ... called Synchrony and they said not to worry, it would appear correctly the following billing month. I verified this with the store. BUT!!!! Today I see that Synchrony is charging me HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN INTEREST because I didn't pay off the promo in ONE year!!! You gotta be kidding me! Do I really have to babysit this??? Warners Stellian needs to fix this, and fast!! ... I'm getting charged a high rate of interest until this is paid off now! In the end, I'll be paying $1500 for an original purchase of about $850!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! read more

The sales person was very helpful no problem there. The delivery people were also okay. Knowledge of the whole product was okay. Charging customer for everything they could think of was very expensive brought the price so far up. The manager was the worse suggesting that I remodel my kitchen or use the lock feature to lock out my grandkids etc. he was awful and made catty remarks for this I will never purchase another appliance from them again!! read more

I haven't got it yet, but you guys stand by your product and you stand by your name and everything I see on TV that's how you're representing in the Coon Rapids establishment, I think you with my whole heart and I recommend this place and I recommend Ivan or any of them there all of them people have the most exceptional customer service but it's not customer service. I don't even know how to say it, it's more like they treat you the way that they wanna be treated and they give you the knowledge on their product or whatever you're purchasing and making a whole back they won't allow you to purchase something that they know is going to end up failing and you'll have to redo it so I like that about this place mainly and most importantly that they treat you with kindness and respect. Been waiting 7 days to get someone to schedule a repair on our microwave and keep getting different excuses. Went to the Coon Rapids store to speak to someone and they basically told me sorry you just have to wait. This is the 2nd microwave from them in 5 yrs. We did not end up purchasing our appliances from Warner's Stallion but their specialist are very knowledgeable and prices are competitive. We did a price comparison on LG appliances- dishwasher, refrigerator, and gas stove. They have an excellent showroom and many in stock. We were not in a hurry so we ended up purchasing from Home Depot saving about $300. We wanted a quiet dishwasher and both places had exactly what we wanted. The savings was on the five year warranties. Prices for the actual appliances were the same at both locations. We purchased during the Black Friday sales. read more

I purchased 7 brand new appliances from Warner's Stellian in Coon Rapids. Had them delivered in September 2022. The microwave was delivered with a dent in the door, which was noted at the time of installation and company was notified right away. I have emailed, called, etc. I still have no replacement door or anything done to resolve my issue. Going on almost five months to the day now. They are great at the buying process but worst customer service I have ever dealt with from any company. I went to this store to shop for a replacement dryer, as the one I had purchased three years prior had failed. (Different rant - Different day). The sales rep had taken my info to work up a sales quote after so patiently letting me vent about my previous purchase- of which I was angry at The manufacture and not Warner Stellian. Unbeknown to me, he took the initiative and checked I'd I had any warranty remaining, and to my delight, I had 2 more years of an extended service contract I had purchased with the dryer (I had completely forgotten about it). We bought a stove and refrigerator in November 2020. Nicole Belting was very helpful in finding appliances that were in stock. Delivery was great. The product and after service no so much. It took two days and two phone calls to Nicole to get service to call back for an appointment. Then they can't make a service call on non-functioning 5 month old oven for a week. Our experience was exasperating to say the least. The customer service SEVERELY lacking, we were misinformed about our delivery on an item listed as "in stock" SEVERAL times. Once, we were called by the delivery drivers telling us they were running early and were almost here with our new oven. Unfortunately we had called two days earlier to postpone that delivery because of a COVID19 case present in our home. The message had never been passed along to the delivery/installation team. We thought that re-scheduling for two weeks later was fair, AT THE SUGGESTION OF WARNER'S STELLIAN. Unfortunately that never happened. Instead of getting the oven that was promised, apparently another customer received it. Three months later, after SEVERAL incorrect promised delivery dates and MANY phone calls of inquiry on our part since NO ONE EVER CALLED US with ANY updates, we got another call from the delivery service. Our long awaited oven that had mysteriously become unavailable between the time it was on a truck, on it's way to us in January and the time it actually arrived in March was finally here. The lack of communication from Tanya in sales, manager Ryan, and anyone else involved was REALLY a test of patience and quite unacceptable. Had a sincere apology ever been offered, an update on the status of our order without us initiating it, or ANY form of compensation at all EVER been offered, we could have remained a happy Warner's Stellian customer as we had been in the past. The ONLY thing that went well with this ENTIRE transaction was that the two gentlemen who delivered and installed our oven were friendly, humorous, helpful and efficient. What started off poorly, continued even more poorly for three months, and left us completely aghast, was at least topped off with the positive experience at the end. Ordered a washer and dryer in April. Dryer in stock washer on back order. Washer installed in July however the dryer had been sold to someone else two times. Was told that the sales staff will sell products if they see available and you will be put back on list. They do not save any items. So very upset and escalated to corporate who promised he and sales person will keep an eye on the next shipment. So washer install they forgot to install water hammer when called was told they never forget well they did. So they sent out a person to install water hammer and they moved the existing dryer and did not properly reconnect dryer vent so the dryer exhaust is venting in the house. Still no new dryer. what now? My impression and experience is pointing to incompetency with sales, installation and management. everyone has had an opportunity to deliver and has failed. One of most disappointing encounters with a well-known appliance dealer was with Warners' Stellian. Our Kenmore refrigerator gave out, and we made the HUGE mistake of going to Warners' Stellian. They sicced a rookie salesman on us who had no idea what he was doing. And no one checked his work. We order a refrigerator on 6/26 to replace our disabled one. He promised us a delivery on 7/8. But, of course, he screwed it up. Luckily, we called and they found it had not been ordered. They promised delivery on 7/12. They called back a few days later to tell us delivery would not be until 7/19. I called and asked for the manager. I was told he was on vacation but would call me on 7/5. Still waiting for Ryan's call...I will never, ever shop at this store in Coon Rapids again. read more

Go elsewhere for appliances! This place is full of lies and horrible customer service! We bought $8k worth of appliances from them. They had a "store wide" tax rebate that when we asked about were told we would submit once the appliances delivered. Appliances were back ordered for 4 months and when delivered we asked about the rebate just to find out what we bought didn't qualify after all, out $550. Then the fridge went out 2 weeks in! I called and they said we had to go through warranty. Come to find out the manufacturer warranty starts at date of purchase not date of delivery so the manufacturer warranty was half over. The extended warranty we paid $500 for guarantees 48 hour service appointments, but it took 4 days (96 hours) to get someone out. The tech recommended replacement and said the warranty dept would contact me later that day. Another 4 days later someone finally called and said we could get on the list for replacement but it's back ordered still so it could take months. The warranty offers a free loaner but they won't give us one since we are "choosing" to have it replaced. So now we are another $200 wasted to buy a mini fridge so we have a fridge for the next 4 months while we wait. In case you're following along that's $1200 PLUS the cost of the fridge to just not have a working fridge for months. Unbelievably bad service at every turn. They can't control a bad product, that happens but how all the rest of it has been handled is absolutely insane and unnecessary. Stuff happens don't risk this being your experience too! read more

I purchased a clothes dryer from Warner Stellian in November 2019. I called them on December 11th to report the dryer was not functioning correctly. I did not receive a call back so called back again on December 17th and spoke to a person who said they would dispatch someone to fix the dryer. I did not hear back again. I called again on December 23rd and was told the soones they could dispatch someone was January 7th. The person was dispatched to my home. After his inspection he said he did not have the correct parts and needed to order them. I called service again to ask for an appointment and they said they would be out to finish the repair on January 16th. On January 15th I received a voice mail that said they had not received the parts yet and should have them in and be able to complete the repair on the 17th. I had not heard from them since nor were they over on the 17th so today, January 24th, I called four times to finally reach an operator who told me all she could do is put me into the queue to speak with someone in service. I spent 22 minutes on hold and no one picked up then the line went to dead air. read more

Purchased a GE microwave from Warner's Stellian that just quite working less than 3 years later. I did not purchase the extended warranty because the last GE microwave I had lasted over 20 years. Service Department was so rude, inconsiderate spoke out of both sides of their mouth. Told me to call the manufacturer which I had already done and learned it would cost more to fix the microwave then what I spent to purchase it. I asked if there was anything they could do in terms of good customer service to call the manufacturer for me and plead my case. They still said they couldn't/wouldn't do anything. So I called the manufacturer again and they sent me a $100 rebate offer on any new microwave. A few days later, Warner Stellian customer care called me and asked if they could close my case because they learned from the manufacturer that I had accepted the $100 rebate offer so there was nothing they could do to help me. What the blank! They had already told me they would not help me - if I had known they were going to call the manufacturer, I would not have accepted the rebate offer. When I said this to the Customer care Supervisor, all she did was kept telling me her people did nothing wrong. Worst experience I have ever had with any company. It has been 1 and 1/2 years since this happened and I still do not have a new microwave. Cannot get myself to deal with it. read more
