This place is a straight-up SCAM dressed up as a legit tire and rim shop. Read the lowest reviews…read moreafter this one, because I'm not the only one who got scammed. Theyll quote you one low price over the phone to lure you in, then hit you with a completely different (much higher) price once you're standing there with your car.. If they never told you a price, run, because you're about to get slammed with some total b.s. inflated made up number. The "deals" on rims? Pure knockoff garbage - cheap, low-quality copies that look flashy but are overpriced junk that won't last. Then they bundle them with the absolute cheapest, no-name tires you've never heard of and slap on a price tag that's basically what you'd pay for real Michelins or Continentals. It's highway robbery. They'll never put decent tires on if you're buying rims, just the bottom-of-the-barrel stuff they can mark up almost double. You're paying premium for trash that don't even run smooth. Oh yea, they'll give you a rim size you don't even want and promise it fits when it doesn't. I bought rims from here and they convinced me to get a bigger rim and it just scraped the plastic when I would barely turn and the guy promised it'd fit. To top it all off, their receipt says they offer refunds, but good luck getting one. They flat-out refuse, ignore you, or make excuses until you give up. Save your money, your time, and your sanity - go somewhere else. This place is just out to scam people, and they're real good at it. 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE. The worst experience I've had with any shop

On 9/9 I went to get an oil change (I've been going for years) from Andrew. I should have known it…read morewas a bad idea to let this new guy do my oil change! Andrew was no longer there. He did my oil change. I tipped and left. My car started driving a little weird after awhile. I pay close attention to my dash and ride of my car. I went back for the guy to check and he said it was okay. Well my car started making a noise and the oil light came on. I was loosing oil and I did not have any leaks before getting the oil change. I pulled over and got oil to put in. Took it home and parked it. went back there for them to look at my car and was told I needed an oil pan gasket and oil pressure switch. $700. I almost left my car for the repair but I couldnt afford to right then. I took my car to get a second opinion. The oil was coming from the dip stick that the new guy broke at Castle. I don't not need an oil pan gasket in fact my car 2012 Malibu doesn't even have a gasket. (Its a $20 sealant kit) It didn't need an oil pressure switch at all. (A $25 item) At best parts for the repairs if I needed them was $80 They were about to charge me $700 for something I didn't need. I did need the dipstick tubing they broke. The worst part though is my timing chain plastic guide broke off from the oil being low. Keep in mind I went back there twice. They need to replace my timing chain. I will be contacting the better business bureau if they don't contact me asap to make this right. Alex is who I spoke to. He wasn't mean but was abt to rip me off for sure and I would still have a problem. I will wait to see if Alex or Sam calls me To make this right

Not only did they complete the work I requested, but they also went above and beyond by taking care of some additional maintenance that was needed. I really appreciate that they took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and make sure everything was in good working order. Another thing that impressed me was their timeliness. They were able to complete the work within the estimated timeframe and had my car back to me in no time. This was especially important to me since I rely on my car for my daily commute. The shop was quite busy when I brought my car in, but I found that it was worth the wait. The quality of the work was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and even gave me some tips on how to keep my car running smoothly. I was so impressed with their work that I'm planning on bringing in my other vehicle for service as well. I highly recommend this auto shop to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy car maintenance.
