The friendly guy at the counter apologized and told me that "someone" should have called to tell me since they had known the issue all day. Came back the next day, since they had already ordered parts. I was quoted two hours, "Should be ready by four." Ended up waiting until after six. Nothing beats getting your car back after watching the techs take it for a spin to test the job smelling like vape. Should I really have to tell a tech not to vape in my car? Positives, the front desk guys are friendly and apologetic. Negatives, be prepared to wait and drive home with your windows rolled down to try and get rid of vape fumes. Instead of actually helping resolve the issue, I was given a phone number to call. I've spent the entire week calling, leaving voicemails, and sending texts with no response from anyone. Mistakes can happen, but avoiding responsibility and ignoring customers afterward is unacceptable. If you care about your wheels, especially aftermarket or gloss black rims, I'd strongly recommend taking detailed before pictures and thinking twice before coming here.
