Jeff was wonderful to explain the new system to me upon completion of the work, and provided me with the homeowner's information packet for future reference. On top of that, they were $400 cheaper than the last company I used -- a company that replaced a capacitor without ever doing the proper testing. He could not have been more helpful, explaining each step and taking pictures along the way. I am not sure I got a rock bottom price, but I could not have been more pleased with his work. A few days later, my father-in-laws house froze up and you know who I called. This time Chris came out, texted me when he would be there and carried all the parts he needed on the truck.
