With that said, I do wish there was more of a positive assumption that I do, in fact, have the right business and communicated my experience as truthfully as possible. Brought my VW Jetta in for a windshield replacement without glass coverage and Ryan was extremely friendly and helpful. Even greeted me before I could get out of my car. His work was excellent and had me in an out of the shop in 20mins. They take pride in their work and warranty their stuff so would definitely take my car here again in the future ( which we know is going to happen because AZ roads just suck with rocks everywhere). I cracked my windshield pretty badly with a 2x4 during a diy project... So much for saving money. Ryan was kind enough not to laugh. Where should I start ?! I have a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan and this car is not that young, the windshield is one of the most important thing in the car for me( noise and clear seeing) I had crazy noises from my windshield, around four cracks and 2 hols. My windshield cracked on the freeway and I was so scared to drive because pieces of glass would fall into my lap when I would drive. I requested a quote and he was very helpful and has availability the next day. He was very nice in person and let me know how to take care of it for the next couple of days. They leave their sticker inside of the windshield so if you ever have any questions you have their information right in front of you, which I find very useful! Great quick service. Daniel was my tech, and he was super quick and detailed. I had my windshield replaced within 30 minutes. They gave me a 2 hour window between 10-12, however they showed up just few minutes after 10am. Paid half of what the insurance or Safelite was going to charge me. Highly recommended.
