Just driving along in the middle lane on the highway when a vehicle comes hauling ass across the gore point and as he passes me his tires spit out a large rock shattering my passenger side front window. I was thankful for the window tint that presumably kept the window together. The next day I looked-up auto glass near when I called American Warrior Auto Glass the lady on the phone was VERY patient, helpful and informative. She gave me all the options and pricing letting me know they could do Mobile or In Shop replacement for a VERY Competitive rate. American Warrior Auto Glass is veteran owned and operated. Ryan was my repair guy he was on time & the service was quick and clean. I highly recommend this place.

This is the third time I've taken my Tesla to American Auto glass for chip repairs and the quality of their work and the customer service have been absolutely outstanding! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for great quality of work at a reasonable price! They also do auto detailing at their shop and did the ceramic coating on my vehicle and that was also a great experience

Here is the car with the windshield removed, revealing all the trim and electronics involved. Ryan was a surgeon.

The windshield of our 2018 Corvette ate a rock on the freeway, quickly developing a footlong crack. Time for a replacement. I reflexively called American Warrior Auto Glass because they did a great job fixing a chip in our truck windshield. With military precision they got our insurance on a three-way call to breeze through the authorization process. A few days later Ryan showed up in front of our house, on time. As he started inspecting the car, he suggested we reschedule because the aftermarket glass he had wouldn't work well with the Heads Up Display, potentially producing a blurry reflection. Instead of just installing the glass, he took the harder and more honorable path, something I deeply respected. The GM glass took weeks to arrive, and I received periodic status calls from American Warrior, because they were continuously leaning on the shipper. Great communication that went the extra mile. When Ryan showed up with the GM glass and started the removal and installation, I fully grasped the complexity of the task. The amount of parts that had to be removed, just to reveal the windshield, was staggering. The tight clearances made the job even harder. Ryan has clearly done this for many, many years. The removal and installation were perfect. If you care about your vehicle, you should think about hiring just such a master craftsman. There are reviews we write because the job was exceptional and you want to share the story. But there are a few reviews we write out of a sense of duty and honor. This review is the latter. The level of efficiency, proficiency, and honor that I received compels me to tell others. This is the kind of company you want to do business with.

Great experience overall. I had my rear driver side window replaced by Ryan. He gave me the most competitive quote, doesn't have any hidden fees and had the install taken care of in around 30 minutes. I would definitely use Ryan again for any auto glass needs. read more

A rock hit my windshield on a Saturday, just after noon, resulting in a star shaped crack, and within two hours of asking for quotes through the Yelp app, Ryan, the owner came to my home and fixed it. Ryan and American Warrior Auto Glass are 1st class. On a Tuesday night, after 8pm, Ryan responded to my email for a quote. The Safelite wait was over 2 weeks. Ryan worked easily with my auto glass insurance (USAA) and was able to get me in within 24 hours. I drive about 30,000 miles a year and need my vehicle for work. This wasn't the typical front windshield replacement, but rather a rear hatchback glass on hydraulic arms. No problems for American Warrior Auto Glass. Call these local guys if your want professional, quality, stand up service and product. read more

I sent out some windshield replacement quote requests after my windshield took a large rock driving back from San Diego. Ryan responded quickly and with a great price. First instal they used the wrong windshield moulding. When I complained they were very polite and helpful and agreed to install another windshield 4 days later with the correct moulding at no cost. 2nd time looked much better and I was going to give them a great review for making things right. When I got home and popped the hood I noticed some weather strip was not reinstalled and the plastic line for the windshield washer squiters was now broken. read more

I had a very good experience with Ryan and American Warrior Glass. I own a vintage pickup and obtained a new windshield on my own that ended up being miscut from the factory leaving huge gaps in the corners. Ryan came out to replace this glass and had the exact same windshield with the same defects. With a nationwide chain that might have been the end of the story and i would have been out of luck but Ryan with American Warrior didn't give up. He called around to different suppliers and sourced the same glass # made by a different manufacturer. This one fit well and didn't even charge me for making the extra trip out to my home or for picking up a second piece of glass. I really appreciate the extra effort he made to get a good fitting windshield back into my truck. read more

Ryan the owner was a super nice guy. I came in because my quote was far lower than other places. I came in to get my side window repaired and they did a perfect job. There was also a small crack in the front windshield which I did not intend on getting fixed, but Ryan's tech accidentally did. Ryan could have tried to get more money out of me, but he didnt. It was already more than a fair price on the side window and with getting a front one for free I couldn't be more happy with my experience. Good honest business. read more

Meet the Manager: Carissa R.

As a small business financial analyst, Carissa started specializing in Auto Glass in 2009. She quickly became one of the leading experts in not only Auto Glass financing and capital but insurance billing. She spent many of the following years consulting with Auto Glass shops helping them grow and financially stabilize. In 2019 she was invited to the Safelite Solutions corporate head quarters in Ohio, where she was in the unique position to spend a week sitting down with the AVP, National Contact Center Operations, Head of Billing System Operations and the lead technician/ coder in their billing system software, to help mitigate the integration of software interfacing between the SGC billing system and the glass software being used by Auto Glass shops all over the country.

I'll give it a 2/5 just because they did do a decent job and it didn't take too long and the overall concept is very efficient, but the prices need to be lower for it to be worth it.

I messaged Ryan back - My apologies for the delay. I'm not often on my computer and I didn't receive a notification advising me of the message or a response of my initial review. With that said, I do wish there was more of a positive assumption that I do, in fact, have the right business and communicated my experience as truthfully as possible. Immediately blaming the reviewer or the insurance company doesn't give me hope that this will be handled appropriately as it defers responsibility and accountability to others. Brought my VW Jetta in for a windshield replacement without glass coverage and Ryan was extremely friendly and helpful. Even greeted me before I could get out of my car. His work was excellent and had me in an out of the shop in 20mins. They take pride in their work and warranty their stuff so would definitely take my car here again in the future ( which we know is going to happen because AZ roads just suck with rocks everywhere). I cracked my windshield pretty badly with a 2x4 during a diy project... So much for saving money. Ryan was kind enough not to laugh. After getting quotes from 6 other glass places I went with Ryan who has straight forward pricing and fast home installation. No ticky tacky charges like a glass disposal fee. Where should I start ?! I have a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan and this car is not that young, the windshield is one of the most important thing in the car for me( noise and clear seeing) I had crazy noises from my windshield, around four cracks and 2 hols. My windshield cracked on the freeway and I was so scared to drive because pieces of glass would fall into my lap when I would drive. I requested a quote and he was very helpful and has availability the next day. He was very nice in person and let me know how to take care of it for the next couple of days. They leave their sticker inside of the windshield so if you ever have any questions you have their information right in front of you, which I find very useful! Great quick service. Daniel was my tech, and he was super quick and detailed. I had my windshield replaced within 30 minutes. They gave me a 2 hour window between 10-12, however they showed up just few minutes after 10am. Paid half of what the insurance or Safelite was going to charge me. Highly recommended.
