Overall, not bad. Big screen tv, merry-go-round and a variety of food options. Great for a quick snack in between shopping.

The Chinese place is extremely unsanitary. DO NOT EAT. Staff is unnecessarily aggressive too.

The Warwick Mall is hosting a 2026 Winter Farmers Market on Sunday's February - May 3rd. The…read morevendors we encountered include two bakers (breads, pastry, foccia, etc) three sweets vendors (cookies, vegan cupcakes and kraffles) two local farms selling meat and eggs, a book and associated items seller, jewelry, soy candles, loose teas, spices, t-shirts, sweatshirts, personalized photo magnets, honey and more. Located in an unoccupied storefront there is plenty of space and it was almost full of vendors. The market was well attended during our visit around 11:30 with lines cueing up at some of the vendor tables. I did not see any produce vendors, and I suppose there is not much fresh veg growing in RI in February. Many of the vendors have socials accounts, websites and business cards. Definitely stop by and see if there is anything of interest. We found several vendors that would make good resources for gift giving in the future. The mall is doing well with most storefronts occupied. Rocky Point chowder house is to be opened in the food court. I look forward to that. Plenty of parking. Public restrooms near the food court and a nursing lounge near the middle of the mall.

Family Day Out Review…read more We had such a great day at Warwick Mall! It was energetic, fun, and the perfect place for a family outing. One of the highlights was getting my daughter's ears pierced at Claire's. The staff there were amazing--patient, kind, and made her feel totally comfortable. It was such a special moment, and they did a great job. We then got a treat from Pinkberry and Auntie Anne's both were delicious and definitely kid-approved. We ended our visit with a ride on the carousel, which my 8-year-old absolutely loved. The whole experience had great vibes, lots to do, and kept us active the entire time. Warwick Mall made our day easy, fun, and full of memories. We'll definitely be back!

The old version of the mall was good as it grew with time growing up with it. The store just got better and replaced with no better stores and more high-end stores. There's a really big food court and a POP MART, which I love and a part of the mall where they have regular retail stores stuff and not just high-end stores.

Natick Mall has really changed since when I was a child. It still at heart is a mall, but now it…read morehas lots to offer. I think the most prevalent thing I've noticed is how there are a lot of entertainment options now. Dave and Busters was the first to open, followed by Level 99. Now there's also a Puttshack and a Bosee Pickleball club. I think this adds a layer because it turns into "just a mall" to a social gathering spot where you could shop, eat, or have fun. There's something for all ages with this. Now when it comes to the shopping, there's still your average clothing stores, there's beauty and jewelry stores like Sephora and Pandora, and also a Macys if you want a department store. There's also a wing with more high-level luxury stores, like a Zara, Louis Vitton, Tiffany, and David Yurman. I think this area is nice if you want luxury but not to travel into Boston. There's a lot of empty stores in this wing too so hopefully they get filled soon. Food options are good too, they have a food court, Cheesecake Factory, P.f. chang's., California Kitchen pizza, and the food inside of the entertainment places too. Overall this mall has been renovated a lot, and I think for the better. It encompasses a lot and you don't have to come here just to shop, but you can if you'd like. I will say though they have plenty of parking which includes free garages, people are still unkind around the holidays and you might be circling around for a while before you find a spot. Parking is always hard here no matter what and I know people who avoid this mall because of it, which is sad but I get it. I heard if you come on a weekday morning it's better.

Now, it's more empty spots than occupied. The mall itself appears to be kept clean. Restrooms are older but clean. Light on the concourse seems to come exclusively through the sky light. Food court on third floor has Thai food and you can see Boston Pita just across the mall. Anchor stores include Macy's and JCPenney. Most of the high end stores remain like Holster , Abecrombie and Victoria Secret along with a fragrence and a sunglasses store. Other stores include FYI, The Children's Place and Newbury Comics. An escape room is also in residence, a nail kiosk by apppintment and eyebrow threading. Games are scattered along the mall concourse such as VR and Claw machines. It's really sad to see this once thriving mall so quiet. As we walked the floors I wondered if this could be turned into a multi-use building to include retail and food on the lower level, or on one side, and residential on the upper levels or opposite side. Plenty of parking, not too far from commuter rail, and super convenient for residents to have shopping and restaurants just out their door. Might even grow the retail options - Something similar to The Arcade in PVD. In a world in need of more housing it feels like a win for developers, the city, the stores and the residents imho.

But let me tell you why this mall is so helpless... THE BATHROOMS! I was here earlier and I needed to use the bathroom. I was in Macy's and found theirs, but the men's room was locked. A sign said I had to find an employee for assistance. The two I saw were busy with other customers and I didn't have time to wait, I needed to go. I trekked to the food court area where I used the bathroom there. This was neither sanitary or parliamentary! 1.) the toilets do not flush unless you hold down the handle for an extended period of time. HOORAY! 2.) there are three hand washing sinks yet only ONE of them was working, and only cold water was coming out. 3.) the hand dryers do not work! No paper towels either. So you walk out the bathroom with wet hands that didn't get properly cleaned due to the improper water temperature. It's probably a good thing many food spots left this place... I have yet to see a revitalization in progress. All I see is random vending machines that nobody pays attention to. Good luck!

I love the metal musician sculptures. The huge diorama by one of the entrances shows this spot in Worcester when the canal was the main source of traffic for goods. A few high tops are located along one wall in a hallway toward the back. We found one larger table in a small alcove nearby the high-tops and then there is an open area at the front that hold about twenty tables or so. A microbrewery is attached to the market too. All the vendors we spoke with were very friendly. Definitely could have walked away with so much food and loose teas and gifts.
