    Sauce over everything. Awful
    Robert T.

I have never order that's this bad. It came poorly packaged with sauce all over everything ...I don't know what the sauce was... I've never ordered Chinese food and not gotten rice. Are you kidding??? Call the place to talk about it he said you have to order rice with meals. Honestly if it still blows my mind. It is absurd at best GrubHub made a terrible delivery. Sauce was all over everything. Asked for duck sauce and mustard didn't get one Egg foo young was watery and gross. The beef special was watery and not very impressive! I can honestly say this is the worst food delivery I've ever had over $80 for the worst meal I'm ever had delivered

Five stars all the way! I've been coming here for probably 15 years and I've never had a bad meal! It's really hard to find "authentic" Chinese cuisine in our area, but they are among the few still left in Rhode Island and is consistently delicious!!! I absolutely love their Crab Rangoons! Yum! Their Wonton Soup is absolutely amazing and their Lo-Mein is simply mouthwatering delicious! I love the flat noodles!!! Yummmm!!!!

If you are in search of delicious Chinese food in the area, look no further! We stopped in while we were driving around the area and were so glad that we did! We started with the crab Rangoon, and they were delicious. I had the hot and sour soup, which was also amazing. I opted for the General Tso combination plate, and it was unbelievable! Everything was so fresh and cooked perfectly! Plenty of delicious leftovers for the next day as well! I definitely can't wait to come back here and try more!

Service was great but the bathroom and the food is mid. And the ambiance is alright. but the service was great and overall I would go back once in awhile.

Fried noodle and duck sauce when seated, spicy chicken wings, orange chicken, lo mein combination plate, and a happy baby!!

I have a pretty high bar when it comes to Asian food but let me tell you, this place delivers on flavor, quantity, and service!! Upon walking in, it definitely felt like an older, little run-down restaurant with a wooden bar in front and I think droopy curtains at the windows (dare I say sketchy, but typical I suppose for a Chinese restaurant). Felt like an old saloon. I walked in struggling to get my stroller in through the door with one hand, baby in my other, and the door slamming into the stroller. What seemed like regulars at the bar kindly asked if I needed help but I was good. Restaurant was kinda empty at 3pm-ish on a Friday so I was seated very quickly. Dining room is a decent size with booths and tables. Seemed like there was one server at the time, and she was awesome! Not one of those over bubbly folks, just really accommodating and easy-going. One thing I did notice though that sorta surprised me was that I didn't see a single Asian person (thought maybe the staff might have at least one, but then again, this is Wickford, RI, and I also only saw the server and bartender). I let her know I was in a rush to order, eat, and get a dish to go. From the time she left my table to the time I was out the door, it was probably around 20 min and she was always one step ahead of me with getting me to go boxes. Food was ON POINT!! First, the complimentary fried noodle and duck sauce got my palate warmed up. That duck sauce is amazing. Then the House Wings that I had read about came out. Wow! Crispy, a little spicy, very saucy the way I like, and just all around BOMB! After a couple of those, food came out and OMG, I pretty much over-ordered as the plates were filled to the brim. I needed to bring home leftovers but wow, it was enough to feed 3-4 adults. I got the Orange Chicken and Combination Chicken Lo Mein to eat there. The Orange Chicken could've been a little crispier, but went well with the Lo Mein, which was so savory and loaded with well-charred green onions and other veggies that I love. It came with a huge egg roll (almost too big that it started to come apart when eating, but hey, not gonna complain with getting more food than mess) and a large side of fried rice. I think the rice was a little heavy maybe on rice vinegar as it did have a little bit of a tart scent but it was very good. I was so pleased with my leftovers!! I also got a regular Chicken Lo Mein to go in a quart sized box. My server got me extra ramekins for the duck sauce and ranch I had, and even had the wax paper envelopes for my egg roll and fried noodle appetizer. She had the stapler ready and all! She was also so nice to give me detailed directions on checking out Wickford Village. Overall, really solid Chinese place. I debated between 4 and 5 stars as there were some minor flavor elements I think could've been improved, but the service is what tipped it to 5 for me (I'm also weary there are better Chinese places in the area). I will definitely be back to try some more dishes!!

Best Chinese food ever, doesn't taste reheated like other places. Highly recommend eating there since the wait staff is so good plus you get those yummy chips with duck sauce right when you are seated.

The weather was nice, so we chose to sit out back under the lovely umbrellas and look over the water. They also have adirondack chairs set out, so I imagine it would be a lovely spot for a cocktail and a chat with friends! Our server, Lena, was a DREAM and helped us make our choices. I got a seasonal latte while my partner got the medium-roast pourover coffee. Having had a hard time finding really great coffee recently, we were soooo impressed. They clearly take their coffee program seriously (and now I realize the name should have tipped me off!). The food was equally impressive. It legitimately didn't have to be as good as it was (lol). The yogurt bowl on any menu is usually "meh," but we gave it a try since we wanted some non-meat protein and I am SO glad we did. It was the best yogurt bowl I've ever had- no contest. The whole milk yogurt was creamy; the strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries were ripe; the honey and granola added crunch and some floral sweetness; and the best part was the raspberry preserves they pipe on top. I wish I could recreate this at home! We also loved the lemon poppyseed loaf with blueberry preserves and cream. Another quick brunch addition that could have been simple, but had so much thought put into the flavors. Overall, a big fan and I'll be back!

They have a great menu with pub style apps, burgers, and delicious entrees, a comfortable atmosphere, live music on the weekends, and just an over all great vibe. On my first visit, my friend and I both ordered the prime rib, which is a special on Saturday nights. The meat was tender, flovorful, and the portion size was great. It was served with a baked potato (with lots of butter and sour cream), and roasted green beans - all were delicious! Service was perfect - we never had to wait long for anything. Our server was friendly, prompt, and we couldn;t have asked for anything more. My second visit was with my husband and our two daughters. My daughters split the fish and chips and they said it was really good. My husband got chicken and waffles, and I got the prime rib again. Once again, the service was perfect, and the prime rib dinner was outstanding. My daughters went home after dinner, but my husband and I moved over to the bar as we wanted to stay for the live music. The band was called Rash Cat and we really enjoyed their performance. They were super talented and had great classic song choices, and the music was loud enough to provide a fun atmosphere, but also quiet enough that you could still carry on a conversation. I'd definitely go back to see them again. I'd like to come back again to try more of the menu items and to enjoy the outdoor patio & fire pit. What a great RI tavern for all seasons!

Yes, there is a bar, BUT it is also a treasured North Kingstown breakfast spot. We arrived on Saturday morning--not crazy busy, but busy enough that having only one server and the owner working at around 10 a.m. did not bode well. That concern quickly faded once we placed our orders. The owner was gracious and helpful and did a good job managing the pace. Our party of three ordered the French Toast TX style -- from a very finicky member of our party making specific customizations -- all accommodated with a smile, a Crow's Nest Benny, and, for me, Tres Quesadilla. Hands down, this was the best presentation of a breakfast quesadilla I have ever ordered. Why? Just look at the accompanying picture. The tortillas were cut into smaller, easier-to-handle, triangular pieces. Tortillas can be messy to eat. The salt potato home fries are probably one of the Top 5 I've ever had in my life. No, really. Very subjective, yes, but if you like your home fries crispy on the outside and not soggy on the inside, flavorful--then you might agree. There are high-top tables and regular tables inside -- plenty of light streaming through the place. You can even have breakfast at the bar. There's also outside seating. The foyer with the living-room-style seating is charming and cozy. I've already been thinking about going back for drinks and sitting in this area. If you don't mind a little drive for brunch and want to try something far from the madding crowd of Providence, this would be it.

Before going, I noticed several reviews mentioning that the food lacked flavor. After eating here, I'd have to agree. We started with the Strawberry Burrata appetizer. The burrata itself was good, but the strawberries tasted like they came from a can or pie filling instead of being fresh. It's the middle of summer, so that was disappointing. The focaccia served with it was fresh, but completely unseasoned and bland. A little olive oil, herbs, or flaky salt would have made a huge difference. For our entrees, we ordered the pasta special with chicken, peppers, and "broccolini" in a garlic sauce, along with the short rib grilled cheese and garlic Parmesan chips. First, the dish didn't contain broccolini--it was regular broccoli. That's not a huge deal, but the menu should be accurate. The penne was undercooked, the red peppers tasted like they came from a can, and the broccoli seemed straight from a frozen bag. The entire dish arrived tasting like it had been reheated in a microwave rather than cooked to order. There were only a couple of other tables in the restaurant, and they had only been open for about an hour, so that was surprising. On top of that, the dish was very bland. The short rib grilled cheese was actually the highlight of the meal. The short rib was tender and flavorful, and the sandwich had a lot of potential. However, the plain focaccia made it a little dry, and it really could have used some type of sauce or spread to bring everything together. The garlic Parmesan chips were stale, bland, and also seemed pre-made. To top it off, the menu clearly advertises that kids eat free all day on Mondays, yet we were charged $8 each for our kids' penne with red sauce. This restaurant has the potential to be really good. The ingredients and menu ideas are there, but the execution falls short. Fresher ingredients, cooking food to order, more seasoning, and a little more creativity would make a world of difference.
