    Orange chicken with fried rice

Ahh Panda Express. Love this place! Came to this location because I had a layover at the hotel across the street. Glad I did cause, yes! The staff there were all so incredibly nice and I even had a short convo with the girls about cookie dough junk food. Haha!! I ordered a plate with fried rice and all orange chicken so I could have leftovers. No matter what location I've been to, it's always been delicious and this location didn't disappoint. Idk how they make the orange chicken but ugh!! GIVE ME!!! Would 100% come back here if I'm in the area again. And I would definitely hope they have the same staff cause they're all amazing!!

Service: short staffed. Busy Friday night. Not ideal combination. We come pretty late, around 8:15. Lots of entres sold out. Ambience: Warwick food court at the mall. Do with that what you will. Food: the walnut shrimp was bomb. 10/10. Sweet fire chicken was decent. 7/10. Chow mein was terrible. Dry, too much cabbage enough noodles. 5/10.

I've been waiting to hear from someone, I will be contacting corporate today it's been a week, and I have not received a message from the owner, this place could care less how there employees treat there customers! Update; This is the 2nd time being here where the customer service seems like they either hate there job, or hate me! I've reviewed already and got no messages from the owner I will be calling corporate tomorrow

I ended up going with my girlfriend and we both never tried it before, after we ordered they ended up charging me for two bowls but we got one bowl and one plate, but that wasn't the issue, the food had 0 flavor somehow they can even make the Rangoon taste bad, and I've so far liked every single one that I've tried in previous restaurants, but this one has tasted by far the worst. The lo mein was basically 90/10 percent cabbage, with very little to none actual lo mein in it, again it tasted flavorless, even with soy sauce. Needless to say we both felt nauseous after, and we both decided that we will have nothing to do with Panda Express again

Might not be the perfect PE, but definitely one of the better ones. I love it that they can work very fast, serve many customers, but you do not feel any stress. Many can learn from them. Food was good (I personally think that the chicken was little soggy, but the rest was very good). We didn't have time to eat at a place where you need to wait for a long time, and at the same time PE was the only place we all agreed on. Happy we did. Tasted good and did not cost a lot.

Han Palace is one of those places that you bring the family to every week, and they too have a die hard following in the community. And for good reason! You can find Keith there every day, always on the move. When I went, he was the one who took us to our table. I couldn't help by admire the art etched into the glass dividers in the restaurant, and the high backs to the booths allow you an intimate experience with your dining companion/s. While he was camera shy and didn't want to be in a photo (which I can respect) he was more than eager to share his thoughts on his crab rangoon! I mentioned he has quite the fan base for the appetizer and he shared with me that he workshopped his recipe for a bit before settling on what he serves today. For him, he doesn't like a strong fishy taste. Keith also freely shared his secret touches, white pepper and scallions. A note I will remember next time I make my own. When asked for a staff recommendation for what to have with our rangoon, the server suggested the General Tso's Chicken, one of their most popular dishes. Before long the food arrived and I was excited to see what the hype was all about. On first bite, what you immediately notice is these are GENEROUS on the filling. If you like a fat rangoon, this is going to be right up your alley. The taste is cream cheese forward, with the kani and scallions supporting characters to bring it all together. A small warning, be careful how you bite into these, the filling can squirt out!! Normally, I am the type to roll my eyes at ordering General Tso at a Chinese restaurant. It's like the Chicken Tikka Masala of Chinese food. However! I see why this is popular. The chicken was fresh, the slightly crispy texture holding up in the sauce. The sauce was tangy, just the right amount to evenly coat the chicken with some extra for the rice and a level of heat between mild and medium. The rice was a savory hearty base for the chicken. My quest for the best crab rangoon in Rhode Island brings me to the best places. I'm glad to have discovered this community icon, and look forward to my next visit!

We went for lunch so it was not super busy; we were maybe one of two patrons inside. It was nicely decorated, and there was a TV above our table playing Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. What a good movie! They served wonton chips with duck sauce, like chips and salsa. What a nice touch! I have never seen that before at an Asian restaurant. We ordered some general Tso's chicken and then one of sushi lunch specials, which came with two rolls and either a soup or salad. I chose the salad, which is like the ones you get at hibachi. It was drowning in that orange tangy sauce, but it was still good! The sushi was good, too. Not the best I have ever had, but still good. The whole meal was perhaps $25. That's crazy for the amount of food we got! Highly recommend.

My first trip was to Islander The inside of the Islander is gorgeous, ornate decorations tastefully spaced to create texture and visual appeal. The mother and daughter duo who served us were long time employees of the business. I was told that they had three generations of their family work as front of house staff there. Most of the employees were there for the long haul, a sign if thoughtful and caring ownership. A foreshadowing to when I met the owner later. We ordered the crab rangoon and our server mentioned she would send out a scallion pancake and some salt and pepper spicy wings for us to try. We didn't have to wait too long for the food to arrive. The appetizers all looked beautiful and we couldn't wait to try them. The rangoon were delicious. Creamy, a nice proportion of kani with a hint of onion in the background. What I really liked about them was the purse shape. The fried edges had the kind of crispiness that shattered when you bit into it. The scallion pancakes were flaky and tasty. The wings were a good kind of heat, some spice but it never overwhelmed. The banana peppers added a little acidity that took it over the top. And when we thought that was all, two more dishes came out! The Islander fried rice and the Peking Beef. Both were great but my favorite of the two was the beef. The beef was so tender, the sauce was savory, meaty and loaded with veggies like baby bok choy, snow peas and baby corn. At this point, Simon the owner came by and spoke to our table. I had so many questions for him and he was kind enough to answer all of them. I couldn't thank him enough for his kindness and generosity. He was genuinely so sweet. He even sent us home with another order of rangoon and the house wings. I hadn't been to many restaurants in this part of Warwick but I highly recommend you make the trip to come and dine here.
