I did that and completed a damage report, but instead of addressing the issue, I was told that my car already had "random scratches all over it." That explanation is unacceptable. The scratches were clearly caused by the car wash equipment. Other customers have reported similar issues, which raises serious concerns about the condition of the machinery being used. What's even more disappointing than the damage itself is the lack of accountability and poor customer service. I submitted the form and emailed it to the manager. Within a week, I obtained an estimate to fix the damage for about $500. I provided that by email to the manager. What followed was the most unprofessional series of events I've ever experienced. The manager essentially ghosted me. No response after multiple emails. No follow up from corporate. I waited until today to attempt to receive a response, but I'm fed up with waiting and am posting this review in hopes that Whistle Express corporate steps in to make this right. Do not take your car to this car wash. If their wash damages your car, you will never hear from them again in getting the damage fixed.
