Very reasonable pricing, got the second level wash and car looked spotless. What really stood out to me was staff stopping me from putting my weather mats in their machine, they warned it would mess them up as it was only meant for cloth mats. They also pressure washed the mats for me! They have glass cleaner and rags. Wish they had an air gun though. read more

I've been a happy customer of this car wash for a few years it's not really close to my house but I enjoy going there and the people who work there are very nice. Yesterday I had slight crisis when my tire valve broke off one of my tires when I was filling up the air. The tire had low pressure for a while and I as going to blow soon! It IMMEDIATELY went completely flat and I panicked because I needed to get home to get my kids off the bus. The manager, Jared and one of their sales reps Tom, jumped into action and put my donut tire on the car very quickly for me. I would not have been able to do this by myself and I doubt that anyone would have helped me if I had been at a gas station. Shout out to Jared and Tom for saving the day, fixing my tire and having some laughs with me along the way. They even asked me if I wanted to go back thru so I could get the donut tire clean like the rest ! So the grand opening had free carwashes....yeah, for free!! Boo for the quality. Despite doing pre scrub via brush, my white car was still plenty dirty after running through the very fancy auto wash (see pics). The use of colored soaps and science fiction LEDs amazes during the process and distracts from the fact that a thorough cleaning isn't happening. It's all techno smoke and mirrors. The interior is all you. The auto mat cleaner is pretty nifty and the vaccum is powerful but there is no option to pay someone to doing the cleaning for you. You must provide the elbow grease. With AutoBell across the street, the ability to pay someone to do the cleaning may be the deciding factor on which auto wash reigns supreme. read more

When this car wash first opened, they were giving away free car washes. My car never looked so good! The undercarriage was very clean and the tires looked great. I went back and got the deluxe for nine dollars which included the undercarriage wash as well. They use recycled water which I appreciate. Nice facility, but big issue today. The base car wash at $6 with free use of vacuum to follow is a good deal. I paid $14 for the "premium wash" because it included three different cleanings for the tires, including a "wheel blast." I was eventually told the machine is not working (so no tire cleaning). But they are still charging $14 as if it were. They did allow me to go through a (basic) car wash again, but it did not address the wheel rims, which remained filthy. The tire was clean but not the "tire shine" that is supposed to come with the $14 wash. I had to wander back to the front and tell them. No remedy. No refund for the difference. I bought tire foam cleaner from their vending machine to do myself, and it was useless. Another issue, since everything goes through one "funnel", if the equipment breaks, you get stuck and it is hard to turn around and get out. Today, I had to wait in line for a few minutes for repair. They need two tunnels because there is a real crisis when the equipment breaks or needs servicing, which I suspect is often. I had a positive experience last time here, but charging $14 for services the car wash machine is not doing, and they know that, is a problem. read more

I come here once every 2-3 weeks to get my car cleaned. 1) The price for the basic car wash is $6, a couple of bucks cheaper than the other places I've been to. 2) The people here are efficient and friendly. 3) They provide two types of self-service vacuum here. One with a narrower nozzle that can get to all of the smaller gaps in between seats and such. Great for cleaning all of the playground sand in my car. I got a carwash on Feb 14th 2023 and my rear windshield wiper was damaged. I reported it and filled out a claim form and a new replacement was ordered. I was originally told it would be a week. I followed up and was told it was a delay. I called back a week later and was told it was in (never got a call). I went to get it and the Sam's employee said I had to sign a waiver and she didn't know how to do it and tried to contact the manager. She told me a manager would contact me. I never received a call and after a few days I called again on March 7th and the managers response was he didn't know why she said he would call me back???WTH! No apology for the inconvenience. He told me I could come by after work on March 7th and the person on duty can install the new wiper and blade. The person was very nice but after several attempts he was unable to install. Fast forward today, 3/10 I sill have no rear wiper, I called the corporate number and was told they had to order another piece yet NO ONE HAD THE COMMON COURTESTY TO CALL ME!!!THE CUSTOMER!!! It has rained several times since 2/14 including today and I cannot see out of my rear window. If I get into an accident I will sue you! Horrible customer service, and very dangerous! Poor management customer service!! His reaction was the real issue and poor handling was the icing on the cake. Went for a car wash and employee informed me to take my receipt from machine incase my car gets dirty - I have 4 days to return for a free wash, their customer satisfaction guarantee. Returned day 4 with the obvious and bird droppings for my wash with receipt. As I'm struggling to have the machine assist me and the 2 employees 40 feet away are goofing around not paying attention knowing I was stuck at machine for some 5 minutes, I wave them over for help. The manager says, sorry you have to purchase the car wash that is over $17 for this policy. I told the manager his employee did not inform of that part when He helped me choose which car wash option. I commented what a great policy and he even reminded to take the receipt as I almost drove off without it. The nice employee from the first day knew that I purchased the $13 wash since he entered it. The manager's reaction to this? Who was that employee so I can talk to him. I said I don't recall the name of the boy but he had light color hair, was young, happy and helpful that day. The manager said NO, period(Not even an apology)but if you can remember my employee's name I'll handle it with him. I responded ok, i guess I'll have to back out then? He says YUP! And don't hit anything on the way back. The manager displayed satisfaction out of not helping me yet eagerness to reprimand the employee for making a mistake. This is the only car wash I use in the area. Big fan!The reason I go there is they provide rags and spray to wipe down your car and clean your rims. I'm ok with paying a little more for this value added service so I don't have to bring my own. Since all of this craziness has happened they have taken away the rags and spray even though they are single use and then thrown in a bin to get washed (with bleach I'm sure) It is my request that you should still provide the rags and spray and if people are scared to use them because they think they are gonna get sick or whatever.... they don't have to use them. For the rest of society that is still willing and comfortable using a rag and spray (wheel cleaner) to clean their car we would appreciate you brining that back ASAP. Thanks read more

A good car wash. It's not magic, it's not going to give you the same shine as a $200 detail. It's not going to get rid of your baked on road/bug grime that has been there for a week. If you can roll with that and understand you are getting a wash that is significantly better than the "spray only" washes, this is the right place for you. The vacuum system is very effective and I can move through pretty quickly. I usually bring my own microfiber towels for a wipe down and some post wash products for the stuff that takes a bit more focus to clean. Yes, you are doing a bit of work yourself but it's the reason you aren't paying $50 for the same wash that basically includes a guy to vacuum and towel off the car. My only suggestion for them is to ensure the area outside of the wash exit is free of excessive amounts of debris (especially after storms). It just sucks to drive through that. read more

Good car wash. This is the type of wash that you drive through after selecting the "level" of wash that you want. There are employees who guide you in and also brush of and rinse your car just before you enter; nice touch. The actual wash is one of those automatic washes that have those things that look like pieces of carpet that glide over your car. And a powerful air blowing end that almost dries the car completely. There are bays you can use afterwards that you can wipe off and vacuum your car. read more

Beware of irresponsible/incompetent on-site personnel who can damage your car, deny it, let you file a written damage claim, only to get tangled in corporate bureaucracy who finally deny any responsibility. After paying but before entering the wash area, I asked the location manager if my antenna should be removed (it was a shorter antenna than the original factory unit.) He said "No need to, it's fine". After the car was washed and left the wash area, I found the antenna housing broken (which also houses electronics), and the antenna on the floor in wash area. The manager stopped the machine, retrieved the ripped-out antenna, and had me file a written claim. After many phone calls, dialogs, and eventual involvement of their headquarter people, I was told that since the antenna was an after-market unit, they are not responsible for having it ripped out of may car and damaging the housing/base. This despite their manager having told me to leave the antenna on, that it should not be a problem. I am looking at a $400 repair bill since replacing the antenna base/housing, which is on the roof, will require dropping the headliner, and MINI dealers are equipped with right tools and skills to perform this job. I bought the unlimited wash and was very pleased with it and washed my car three times a week but in the long run the 33 bucks a month just is too expensive. 19.99 should be the price with maybe not some of the full feature services.
