The women there are very kind and understanding. I Brought blankets etc in from my 3 years olds bed, for the fluff and fold. and they asked if I needed hypoallergenic detergent! It was perfect. And everything came back SUPER soft. The facility is very clean and they are there to assist with any issues but I haven't had any. Love the TV on too. I just wish there was more parking. The restaurant next door has saved spots but I NEVER see anyone in there. I say, hand over those spaces to the laundry mat! Hehe. read more

This is such a cute and affordable laundromat! I hate I didn't take photos. Visited over the weekend with my cousin and I was taken away how efficient and nicely kept this business is. Shout Out to Anna for her wonderful service, down to earth vibe, and creating a great atmosphere for both new and returning customers. This place has more than enough washers / dryers to accommodate patrons and did I mention they have freebies! They have benches and counter tops to lounge and charge your devices. Cool thing about this place is that after so many washes you get a free wash and they have free soap and dryer balls available as well. I mean, c'mon! They do provide a drop off/ pick up service with reasonable pricing. The sign on the doors state that this business is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. They also state they offer free soap. I've used this laundromat before: there's a booth manned by an employee who gives customers the soap. Today, I showed up at 8 a.m. to do my laundry. The booth where there's supposed to be an attendant who gives the soap has been closed since I showed up. At 9 a.m., I went home to bring my own soap. The owner needs to ensure that the workers show upon time to provide the services displayed on their doors. Disappointing. read more

This is the best value laundromat I've ever been to. I live half a mile from here and am glad to have found it. The facility is super clean (not dusty) and well lit. They have lots of seating available for folks that are waiting. They give free laundry detergent, which I used when I forgot mines (sheets for purchase). I forget up to how many but my goto is the 6 load washer that washes all my clothes and sheets in a single go. I think it's like $5. The dryer are in increments of a quarter per some minutes (sorry I forget if it was 2 or 4 minutes per quarter). Their machines all accept cards as forms of payment. Customer service ladies have all been friendly and kind. I of course prefer to do laundry at home, but when my roommates are using the house machines, I come here to do my loads. read more

This is the only laundromat I go to because it's comfortable, spacious and usually very clean. I've been coming here for about 6 years. After the new management, I've noticed the machines LACK WATER. It uses the MINIMAL amount and your clothes just look soapy DRY. I've asked the girl working there before and she seemed to be able to adjust it, but refused to. And proceeded to tell me it has water. Yes, it has water but not enough. It just feels so gross that it has just enough to soak your load. PLEASE ADJUST TO MORE WATER!! read more

April 2024 review of Wash N Go on Artesia in N. Redondo This place was great when it reopened a few years ago. As in, exemplary for a laundromat. Unfortunately, it has really fallen off a cliff. This is mainly due to bad laundry attendants that work there now. The machines are almost always dirty inside now, because they don't bother to clean them during the day anymore. Which makes it gross to do your laundry there - who knows what hair and random bits of garbage are ending up on your clothes. This has been going on for about 6-9 months now... The other thing that really shocked me was an arrogant little laundry attendant that was throwing dust up and into the air cleaning the dryer filters right next to where I was unloading my clean clothes this past weekend. I told her what was happening, and she acknowledged and then kept going. She even came back to the other side of me, throwing up dust everywhere, and I pleaded for her to stop. She ignored me. I switched to Spanish, and she kept going. She then said: "I understand you, but I'm ignoring you because I have to get my work done". True story, her words paraphrased as best as I can remember. This girl doesn't understand the first thing about good customer service. Maybe she thinks that flirting with her Caucasian and Latino male customers and socializing with the ladies is good customer service. I have no idea. But my favorite laundromat has gone downhill and it's probably because of some of the lazy, arrogant, and poor employees that are there now. Like her... Our dryer recently broke so I had to take EIGHT loads of laundry here. Marlene, the attendant working was seriously the nicest person. I didn't even ask her for help and she just started helping me-- to the point she was loading and unloading my laundry for me, putting in the soap, everything. Just because she wanted to help! When I was leaving, I asked her what I could do to thank her and she said, "that's it, just saying thank you." She didn't have to go the extra mile and she did. The atmosphere is nice but this place is insanely expensive. They charge 25 cents for every 4 mins in the dryer, which is insane! Additionally they have a rewards program where you pay for 12 washes and get the 13th free. Well when I went in my account they weren't accurately registering the washes. Also the machines have accidentally overcharged us twice. This place is just a rip off and scam. I preloaded a card before I noticed that since I've been to several laundry mats and not seen something so ridiculous. I'll be using the preloaded card up and going back to the other laundry mat a few blocks down. read more

I'm going to give this place 4 stars because it's actually really clean, easy to use and has super friendly staff who are always ready to help. I don't recommend going after dark when some interesting clientele hang around there, but during the day it's great. My only major concern is the parking situation. The spots in front should be 10 minute parking only since so many people need to load clothes in and out of there. As of now, people are just sitting in their cars sleeping/eating/hanging out for the entire day waiting for their laundry and it completely inconveniences everyone else who needs to use those spaces to load their clothes in. I just had to park four businesses over and make four trips in and out walking past people just sitting there not needing those spaces. I have heard many complaints about this and I hope they do something about it soon! read more

I come here all the time... lately it's been a little more ratchet. They need to really stop letting homeless people or people doing laundry smoke right outside the front door- I have asthma, it's also disgusting to fold clean bedding and laundry with tons of smoke rolling in the door. Maybe hire security - kids screaming and rubbing around hitting their heads on things. Not a pleasant experience lately. read more

The BEST laundromat out there. I hate doing laundry. This place makes it so much better though. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, there are TONS of machines including ones that do up to 9 loads at once. You can pay with cash, card, or a laundry card. They have soap and drinks etc available for purchase. There's tables and chairs to sit and wait at. There's tons of space for folding. There's a big parking lot to park in. 10/10. read more

I was excited when this laundromat went through a major renovation and saw that they had all brand new machines washers and dryers. Yay - no baked in dryer sheet smell! The big problem is don't have any washers and dryers that are accessible to the disabled community. I suffer from asthma and multiple chemical sensitivities, which are recognized disabilities by the ADA. I get immediate breathing issues and severe migraines when I'm exposed to fragrance and laundry, seems to be all about adding synthetic fragrance. It's not surprising since scented laundry products have known carcinogens in them like benzene & acetaldehyde (a form of formaldehyde) to name a few. When this place was new, the trace amount of fragrance that lingers in the air and machines was not too bad. Now months later, it has had gotten much worse. It would make a big difference in my health if they could offer at least one fragrance free washer and one fragrance free dryer so that my clothes don't get contaminated with the residual fabric softeners and scented laundry detergent that the majority uses. I will come early or late to avoid all other customers using things like Tide, Gain, Downey, Bounce dryer sheets, etc. There are actually clean, healthy and effective alternatives to synthetic chemicals and fragrance. Wash N GO laundry or better known when it was undercover as the "clean scene" (you get my drift), is the best cheapest (mildly) in the Manhattan coastal region... now if you find one cheaper and with good machines COMMENT BELOW Otherwise consider this your one stop shop for all that dirty laundry you could almost leave here overnight, knowing it won't be stolen by some rando. I left it alone for hours and no one touched it... but one day I actually have SEEN ALL THE DRYERS USED! except for one or two, which was like a unicorn in my mind. they have 2 loaders for tiny clothes, 3, 4 6 and 8 to 9 I want to say when you are like me and hoard dirty laundry in your closet till you use all your underwear to make one big wash happen! On the good side the laundry seems to be pretty clean during the morning, I have never been there for the afternoon or night. but on the bad side, I think prices are kinda expensive. Just for 3 washing machines that take 6 loads and 5 drying machines of 5 loads my family and I end up spending $35 overall, at our current laundry mat we usually end up spending $21 dollars for washing and drying and all clothes ends up dry and washed. The place was super clean, but a bit pricey for fluff & fold. The staff was super friendly! Honestly I was in love until I went to pick up my laundry. I paid for quite a large amount of laundry and in my rush to drop it off I forgot to take out two of my faux fur sweaters. When they were returned to me they were totally singed, and matted. I completely understand having to do lots of laundry quickly but I would have even preferred leaving it off the load of laundry as opposed to messing up my sweaters I know I should've taken them out of the bags totally on me but I wish they would've left them out! Literally the best laundromat within miles. The reviews that are negative honestly upset me with how in accurate they are. First point I'll address the worker at night is not rude and in the fact has help me multiple times. One time when my washer got overfilled with soap and I wasn't aware she was able to stop the machine and restart my load. She saved me countless of hours and stress with having to redo my load honestly deserves a reason in my opinion. Appliances are clean and reliable. They accept credit cards. The staff is nice. I've been going for about 5 months and the prices have been descent until recently. 4 loads wash was about $4 but price has increased to $5.50. 3 loads wash is now $4.25. I'll be looking for new spots in the area. read more

I used to really enjoy this laundry Mat when it had opened it was affordable and staff was friendly. Now every week i come the washer that i used to use is always increasing in price. I want to say since I've been coming it's almost doubled in price for the wash they also used to charge 25 cents for 7 min on the dryer and now they decreased it to 4 min cus 3 min have been cut off, it's pretty unfortunate. I also came and put my laundry in a washer, i had put my softener, detergent, and everything once in ent to pay the machine didn't work. There was no visible out or order sign or anything jusy blue tape on the card reader i asked one of the attendants what was going in and she said it didn't work, she didn't offer to help or anything and i said that they should put an out of order sign so that other people know that the machine clearly didn't work. It still hasn't been updated and that was about 3 weeks ago and since they raised the prices a dollar on their machines. read more

I have been to 3 different laundry stores to wash my quilts . This was the first one i was greeted by Marilyn(employee) with a basket to put my quilt in as I walked in store. She showed me which washer would be best, and showed me how to work the washer . She explained everything with a smile and a love for her job! I was so happy to see someone care about their job and truly cared about people. She deserves a raise and acknowledgement from her boss for her attitude and hard work . I'm gonna give this place 3 stars because of their attendant who works at night. This is my local laundry and I used to love coming here in the morning . I have been here twice at night in the 2 weeks and have been greeted by the same rude attendant. The first time I came in around 8 and she didn't let me wash because she said last wash was at 8:15 . I told her the door says they close at 10 and she proceeded to tell " if you don't believe me look at the sign" in very poor hand writing. She also looked like she was on drugs. Again tonight I went to wash and she yelled at me for drying and folding clothes on a side where she mopped already when it was over an hour till closing and multiple people walking and drying on that same side. Again looked like she was on drugs . She is really rude and talks back and won't stop . Where there are paying customers I don't believe she should be talking to anyone like that. I hope this reaches management because she shouldn't be getting into arguments when the whole laundromat can hear . read more
