I went there on July 17, 2026, a little after 7:00 PM. It had been a long time since my last visit, and I don't know if the ownership has changed, but there was a young Hispanic employee working there. He told me the laundromat closes at 9:00 PM and suggested that I use the $5.00 large washer because he said the washer I wanted was either too slow or didn't spin properly. The large washer was much bigger than I needed, so I chose one of the $4.00 washers inside instead. Unfortunately, that washer barely spun the clothes at all. They came out soaking wet. I didn't want to argue, so I had to run my laundry through another washer just to get the water out. Then I split my clothes between three dryers, but because I had to leave before 9:00 PM, they still weren't dry. I couldn't believe how poorly they dried. Washing one small load ended up costing me $11.00, and my thick towels were still damp, so I had to take them home and hang them up to dry. Please check the security camera footage if possible. If the owner is Korean, I would appreciate a reply. Honestly, I would like a refund. read more

I don't know what happened since they changed ownership, but it's a mess. The coin machine doesn't work so you have to look for the attendant to change your 20dol bill into 5 dol bills to then use the coin machine. The Women who change the bill was sleeping and took a while to realize I was there ringing the bell and calling her. A bunch of machines are not in service, especially the 45lbs ones. And even a whole row of small laundry machines out of service. As if it wasn't enough, there's clearly lack of maintenance to the units. Mold is clearly seen near the glass on the rubber part (see picture). It used to be an efficient way to do your laundry, NOT anymore. I've been coming to this laundromat for quite a while now, and I have to say, the machines are great, and the prices are definitely reasonable. My clothes come out nice and clean, and the dryers always get the job done. The place is also pretty clean, which is a huge plus. So why the 2-star rating? It all comes down to one particular employee -- the older gentleman with glasses. Every single time I've been here when he's working, he's been nothing short of rude. Whether I need help with a stuck quarter or a dryer that isn't working, his tone is always condescending, and he comes across as very unhelpful. I've usually just sucked it up, but tonight was the final straw. I came in to wash my comforter around 6:45 pm, and when I came back at 7:30 pm to put it in the dryer, I went to get change. While I was doing that, the man came up to me in a very abrupt and rude manner, asking if I was putting in a load. I explained that I wasn't, I was just putting clothes in the dryer, and he huffed and said they close at 8:30 pm and that I needed to hurry up. I kindly pointed out that their hours are until 9 pm, to which he replied, "Well, tonight we close at 8:30 pm," and walked away. Mind you, my laundry was set to be done by 8 pm or 8:15 pm at the latest. I totally get that employees want to leave on time, but as a paying customer, I shouldn't be treated like that. The other employees -- the two ladies and another gentleman -- are always friendly and helpful, but every time this man is working, it's a miserable experience. I would still recommend this laundromat because it's clean, affordable, and does the job, but I'll definitely be avoiding it when the older gentleman with glasses is working. Same owner for the cleaners and the laundromat. My husband brought in 13 men shirts to the cleaners ask how much to wash and press the shirts NOT dry clean he was told $2.50 he said ok. While walking back to the car to get the shirts a man ran out of the cleaners and said no actually it's $2.75 per shirt not $2.50 ok no problem he left the shirts and got an invoice for $38 and change including tax. When he went back to pick up the shirts the lady (owner) told him some BS story that she sends out the shirts to dry clean because dry clean is better and bla bla bla and she has scratched out her invoice of $38 and wrote $61. My husband asked her why she had not called him and told him about the change so he could decide if he wanted dry clean or not. So he told her he would only pay what his invoice said. So she took the shirts to the back and would not give him the shirts. She said she would instead WASH AND press the shirts since that was what he wanted from the get go. A young man stepped in and they started arguing with the lady so my husband walked out to the car to let us know what was happening. When he went back in they were still going at it. Finally the young man took the payment of $38 and change and gave my husband the shirts. First and last time bringing clothes to this place. She gave him a whole story about why dry cleaning was better and then she was willing to WASH and press the shirts which is all we wanted in the first place. Unbelievable!! read more

Let me start by saying I have been coming here for over 7 years. It is always clean and machines are rarely broken. If they are, they are usually fixed quickly. For the first time ever I have been kicked out. The sign says they are closing at 7:00pm. I arrived at 5:38pm - an hour and 20 minutes before closing. It's 24 minutes for the wash and 30 for the dryer - plenty of time before 7pm. Maybe she wants to leave early, who knows. I had plenty of time to do a load. There are no signs saying last wash is 1.5 hours before closing. That said, I have been witness to others being kicked out 1.5 hours to closing over the years - I just never thought I'd be one of them. Post signs exactly when last wash is. FYI, after I left I saw a mother and her kids drive up and carry two large bags into the laundromat. I stuck around to see if they were kicked out, but after 5 minutes they were still inside. Why didn't they get kicked out? Again, clean, machines cone in various load sizes. Don't overpay for drying, 24-30 minutes and my clothes always come out dry and HOT. I sometimes see people pay for up to 36-48 minutes. The dryers are really efficient! They usually have KOST 103 on the radio and recently they haven't had the TV on. There is a drink and snack machine too. If washing at night COME EARLY or get the wrath of the duty officer! read more

Business professional here and just relocated to CA. Went to drop my clothes off at Barbara's cleaners for a wash and fold service. I was very disappointed to discover several of my clothes damaged. In addition my quilt was discolored. I paid nearly $100.00 for the services. After informing them and driving back over tonshow them the issues I was told they are not responsible. So clothes and money lost. Very disappointed customer here.my quilt alone cost over $200. In the very least they could have apologized and refunded the money paid for the service. So much for customer service. Will not be revisiting this establishment. I am writing this review for others to observe and to think twice about this place. read more

I have had enough of this place. This place has the worst workers/owners, and they are very disrespectful to its customers. The two Korean male attendants are the worst and very rude. Communication and the english language are not their strong suit. There are 2 or 3 female Korean attendants that are o.k. Each time I go to pick up my clothes, the employees always want to make me pay before bringing out my clothes order. On several occasions, I've tried to ask the male attendant questions, and all you get are nasty grunts and fingers shaking. I don't believe it is always a language barrier thing. I believe it is their elderly age and culture customs where I want your money first. I also got into it with a male employee over the misplacement of my laundry ticket, he accussed me of not giving him the ticket. When I had handed him the ticket and he had laid down the ticket behind the counter and could'nt find it. Prior to the pandemic, I used the dry cleaning service on a regular basis. There were different workers who were pleasant to do business with and spoke english. The attendants were very pleasant and were responsive to any problem with your clothes. I believe this dry cleaner store has changed ownership. I am very disappointed and unhappy with their attitudes and lack of customer service of the dry cleaner attendents. I plan to find a different dry cleaner that is customer friendly and appreciates your business. I used to come here to wash blankets and sheets with my mom and brother in the 90s and 00s. Until we moved to Gardena and got a big washer and dryer for the house. Fast forward to 2021, living in my own home,, and I need to wash this ridiculously large comforter that won't fit into my old top load washer. I immediately thought of this place. I drove all the way from Gardena to wash my blanket like I used to w my mom and brother. Not much has changed w this coin op. $5 for the large washer and $.025 for the dryer. This is insane - get this.... I went to pick up my dress, 4 days after I dropped it off. Not only was it not washed and the stain on it untouched, I was told it was washed TWICE. And they couldn't get the stain off. The dress was wrinkled, stained and smelled yet they told me it was washed TWICE!!! I called back to be like, it smells, it is clearly NOT DRY CLEANED - and she was like oh, well management told me not to. I was like you LITERALLY told me 10min ago it was washed twice!!! Why would you lie??? I asked to speak with the manager - she said come in tomorrow, I said I can't because I am flying to this conference - the one I was supposed to wear this dress at. I said please take down my info and have your manager call me. She said repeatedly to come in tomorrow - again, I said I CAN'T because I am leaving dress-less for this conference!!! All I can say is I should be refunded and owed an explanation. All they needed to do was call me, say they can't wash it or whatever, and I would have picked it up and taken it somewhere else. This place had great reviews, and we are newish to the area and hadn't had a bad experience with dry cleaners in the past. The opposite actually. So I was confident when dropping off about 5 shirts, a sport coat, a pair of khakis that had some sort of oil stain on the seat (1/8") and a few other items. When I dropped off my items, I pointed out the stain, and the woman working (older Caucasian lady) was very nice saying they would try to remove it but it may not come out, but if not then no charge. That's fine, that's how it is with 100% of the cleaners we've had - if you have a resistant stain they can't fix they won't charge for the item. Fair enough. Picked up my items a week later and the stain was still there. I started saying, "oh what about the stain? (Handing her my credit card) let me check..." And the Korean lady rung up the bill INCLUDING the pants and swiped my card before I was finished evaluating the pants. Rude. I pointed it out. She said "we try one more time" and stamped "PAID" on my invoice and wrote on the pink slip it'll be a retry for the khakis. I came back to pick up and lo and behold the stain was still there. It was a tad lighter yes but still very there. I asked her for a refund, since I was told I wouldn't be charged for it if it wasn't fixed. She shook her head "mmmm....no" with bitchy tone and I said back, "I brought these in to be fixed and they're not, so I shouldn't have to pay." Then she said "ok halfway, pants $4.25 so I give you $2 back" - WTF. First of all, stand behind your company and offer a mother freaking refund for my article of clothing that was not fixed. That was the sole purpose of me bringing it in. And second, don't be so damn stingy. I am the customer. Half of $4.25 isn't $2, be generous and give me $3 if not all my money for the pants! Won't return here. Poor business practice and customer service. Why would I bring an article of clothing in, that needed proper laundering, if you'll try and charge me full price and it's not even fixed? Disappointing! If I could get negative stars I would. My husband brought our curtains here to hem and was quoted the price of $20. The Korean female worker there wrote up the invoice and told him to pick it up Tuesday. Mind you, we asked for the cost before hand several times. I went to pick up the curtains and the same lady told me it was $40. The original ticket that was written up was replaced with a new ticket. She insisted that it was not $20. My husband had to come and show her the ticket and remind her that she was the one that wrote up the ticket. She denied that this was the ticket she wrote up and accused us of writing down $20 on the carbon copy receipt. Basically, calling us liars and thieves. Please, please, DO NOT do business at this place . They are fit to be in business. She knew that she had made a mistake and never even admitted to it. If she had done so I would have paid her $40 . Her excuse was because the curtains was made out of expensive fabric. Nope, my curtains were IKEA curtains, linen that I paid $25 for. Long story short we gave her $20 and left with our curtains. We also asked to see the owner but she ignored our request. I hope the owner sees this post because this is unethical for you to let your workers run your business like this. Love the people who work here, but the owner is really letting the place go when it comes to top-load washers. 3-4 washers have been out of service for several weeks, and that makes up close to half of their top-load washers! I have been all over the country for work and I often use Fluff N Fold services because they make it much easier than finding time to wash clothes after 12 hour, 7 days a week schedule. I have been to some really good ones, and some not so good ones!! I can say this with all certainty, this is the best laundry fluff n fold I have ever been to!!! I am seriously OCD when it comes to folding my stuff a certain way (department style folds) on t-shirts and pants. The first time I picked my clothes up I was blown away!!!! Everything was thoroughly dried and folded to perfection!!! The lady that works there is so awesome and friendly!!! She works her butt off and remembered my name after meeting me once. Every time I go in there she says "Hey Doug" and we start an awesome conversations!!! It's so reassuring that in the times we live in there is someone that is HARD WORKING, and so so so welcoming!!! Been coming here for 6 years - absolutely love it - friendly service and always a job well done. I bring all of my work clothes here to be laundered and pressed and often "fluff-and-fold" the rest of my laundry. I think it's about $1.29 per pound for their "fluff-and-fold" service and it's worth every penny. It's a nice treat to drop all of your stuff off and scoop it up in the after, clean and fresh and folded perfectly! I've had several alterations here too; jackets tailored, pants hemmed, buttons replaced, etc. Again, I've always been happy with the price, timeliness and quality. If you swing by on the weekend, they always have donuts from Moon Donuts for customers. I don't usually eat one but I think it's a really nice gesture; gives the place a very "neighborhood" type of feel. And, they have FREE wifi so you can surf the net while you wait -- pretty cool. I always see the same people here too, which I think speaks to the consistency of customer service and overall atmosphere. 5-Stars ALL the way! read more
