My husband asked if it was possible to pick it up at a location closer to us. The guy told him he could. Unbeknownst to the service guy he neglected to hang up the phone before going off about wanting to "slap the sh*t out of that guy" and wanting to "kick his a**". Seriously!?! Is this how you feel about your customers? To get so angry about doing your *job* that you feel the need to go off on a rage filled tangent?
