They are always on time and while I have not made special requests I do believe they would try to accommodate if asked. All in all, I would give them an 9/10 for general services as they are a little on the high side for dry cleaning services for regular customers, but it may be because it is a smaller town and a lack of volume. I do not believe they are price gouging so I have not brought it up to them.
