Recently found this new office near the house and the service and prices are definitely affordable compared to other dental office in the area. Mind that the staff are friendly and knowledgeable!! Diana is very helpful as well as friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to answering a few questions I had for her regarding my mom teeth. Safety: staff are wearing mask and gloves. This was my experience with Washington Dental. They were very nice and seemed to do a thorough exam during my consultation. Then verbally I was quoted a number so high I just wanted to leave. I waited quite awhile and a gentleman named Mo came in and explained things far more thoroughly and went back with Martha to look at the prices and plans the presented me. If you see some of the other reviews I have done I was just abandoned by my previous dentist after paying in full for my work, they were aware of this. Martha tried too hard to oversell the practice, it wasn't necessary. Mo and Martha returned with a much better price which he wrote on my paper. Martha said they would price match if I got a lower price quote from a dentist. I was in the process of getting other opinions because of my last experience I really needed to be sure before choosing a dentist. I phoned today a few weeks later and I was told by Martha she wouldn't honor the quote with the discount that Mo signed himself. She also told me she would not price match and that it would be full price. I'm shocked that they wanted my business so bad in that moment then could careless once I wanted to follow up with them. I was not told I had to approve their quote immediately or it would be null. My money is just as green today as it was on that day. Mainly I would suggest getting consults with other dentists with quotes before you see them. read more

My husband came here for a new patient check-up and cleaning. The parking lot is small AF and some idiot hit my car because she parked too close (she was also a patient). Not a good start. The wait was normal, not too long but not fast. They took xrays and did his exam....then told him that he had to come back for his cleaning on another day?! Like why dont you have a hygienist on site? They also said he had 2 cavities, which I questioned because my husband takes immaculate care of his teeth. So we went to another dds and turns out he didnt have any cavities at all, and they did his prophy same day. This place is unorganized and just wants your money. Go elsewhere!!!! read more

This place seems to be nice. But they only want money. The hygienist was great! The oral surgeon was very pushy. The office manager is very pushy!! The Dr that worked on me (shorter one) was very sloppy with his work. My bite had to be corrected after getting a filling. They suggested I might need a root canal, but why do a filling if it needed a root canal? Something I've never even heard of, normally I'd get a filling and be done my bite is still off and I'm now getting migraines from the uneven bite. I've been to the ER over this and I'm now looking into legal options. There should be no reason I'm in more pain than I was before. I had to keep reminding them NOT to use latex gloves on me when I clearly put it in my chart. And I've called to handle this issue but I haven't gotten a call back. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE....pun intended. read more
