As I walked in the double automatic sliding doors, I walked down a professional calm decorated lobby to the back where Advance Radiology is on the first floor. There is a Signature mat outside the office door. The waiting room is modest and os on the small side to other locations to me. This location is calm and quiet. I was greeted professionally, checked and signed a couple of pages and was all set. Within 3 minutes of having a seat I was called to the back, changed and into the imaging room. My time there was maxed at about 30 minutes including imaging. I am satisfied and clearly recommend modest and folks that would like small, efficient, polite, clean environment and courteous service to make the decision to come to this location. It was a pleasure to be in the presence of a facility as such.

He even offered to give me his personal cell number if I had any problems! I refused of course, but it says a lot to me when a physician gives you their personal phone number. In this day and time of impersonal doctors that run their clinics like a factory line, it is the opposite with his clinic. His intake nurse Candy was the nicest person. She answered all of my questions, and was patient. His staff always provides a warm blanket for you while you are waiting. Noone is snappy or has a bad attitude. They also follow up with you to see how you're doing after your procedures. I know it's probably protocol, but still I think that's nice that they do that. They are quick to respond if you leave a message for a return call. His front receptionist assisted me with a note for work specified the way I needed it. I really appreciated that! Dr. Suchin is the only doctor in this clinic, so wait times can be long, depending on what's going on that day. He is also extremely busy, which may push appointments out months. But even with that being said, he never rushes you or is rude.

The waiting area was very clean and spacious for distancing. After a few minutes in the waiting room, Sae escorted me to the changing room. I put on what he asked and locked my belongings in my assigned locker. Let's pause to talk about Sae. May God bless him. Sae escorts me to the imaging area. I saw that tomb of a machine and my anxiety tapped me on the shoulder. I gave Sae every reason why this was impossible. The first was that I didn't believe I would fit. I asked where the plus size section was. Sae just smiled and reassured me that I would fit and that I would be okay. He told me to take it in slow steps. He had me lay on the table to get acclimated. He handed me a cord with a button for emergencies. He said at anytime I feel that I am panicking to hit the button and I would be pulled out the machine. He then gave me a pair of headphones. He asked what music would give me peace, I asked for Chandler Moore. He then moved me in the machine slowly and then stopped at certain points to check in. He didn't continue pushing me forward until I gave the word. Once I was all the way in, I told him I didn't know about this. Sae told me to look up and back. There I could see the wall of the room. That was so helpful; it was awesome knowing that although I was really far in I was also very close out if needed. Sae had them start the music and I laid there in peace for 20 minutes. I am so grateful for the peace of God and the patience of Sae. He definitely deserves a raise. I was in and out within 35 minutes which was so nice. God forbid that I need another MRI, but should I do, I'm coming right back here. Side Note: The machine is a mega magnet. If you have hair pins, it would behoove you to take them out before entering. Trust. Me. On. This.

I've been told all my life getting a mammogram sucks, so I went into it with some trepidation. But when I arrived, the calm happiness of the receptionist put me at ease. She got me checked in and returned my ID and insurance cards quickly. I was called back shortly thereafter, shown to a changing area, and provided a hospital gown that tied in the front. I was told to remove my clothing to the waist, put the gown on and sit in a waiting area. I was amused to be sitting there among 4 other middle aged women wearing the same gown - all with the same level of wrinkles, lol. Hey, I wouldn't want to iron those things either. Soon, a [mammogram tech?] person came to get me and led me to a room with an unappetizing looking mammogram machine. The thing is huge. I sat and answered a series of questions about my (and sometimes my families') medical history, then we got down to business. This is truly where the 5 stars comes in. I had to get up on that machine and hold odd poses while the machine squashed my boobs. While not painful, it was super uncomfortable. The tech had to get me settled on the machine properly which means she had to handle my bosom often and my person sometimes. When I say she was the most gentle with me, and super reassuring the whole time...it's so very true. She made me feel very at ease with a procedure that is cringy AF. And she talked to me the whole time, which made me feel better about having my top half exposed while I clung to a machine. Leaving was a breeze. The tech walked me back to the closet where my upper clothes were and wished me a nice day. Hoping I don't have results where I'm required to come back in for a similar procedure, but if I DO have to do that, I'm secure in going back to Women's Imaging at Mercy. Never received a return phone call. Communication through MYChart was slightly better but not much. When asking about test results and test scheduling I never communicated with the same person and often times received different answers for the same question. They don't help with expediting or scheduling preop appointments. I was left on my own having to go through the general appointment line. They consistently acted as if they rather not be bothered. To me, this is really a reflection of the physician. Most excellent physicians that I have known would not allow their patients to be treated this way. Having been diagnosed with breast cancer is a scary thing. The additional stress of having to make phone calls and emails constantly added to my stress. The staff needs to get it together. I would not recommend. A little compassion goes a long way. I have been a patient elsewhere at Hopkins and most of the time I would rate it a 4 or 5. The imaging staff at Greenspring were great. Great communicator's, kind and compassionate.

The only thing preventing the 5th star is the process of getting an appointment. Why do they have a link on their webpage to schedule an appointment when the request is always totally ignored? I have never received a response for an appointment request. I always end up having to call the central appointment office, and usually the only availability is weeks away.

Came here with a loved one for them to get an outpatient procedure done. The valet attendant, Sherrill, was very pleasant in handling our valet request and wished us a safe visit. We walked in the main entrance,turned left and went up a slight ramp, to the Information desk and were greeted by a pleasant lady who provided us wristbands to go to the floor where the procedure would be done. Once we got to the department, we were checked in and given the discounted parking validation ticket to retrieve our car after our visit. We were called for the procedure within 10 minutes after the appointment time and greeted by a pleasant staff person, who led us to the procedure room. The type of care that was provided was satisfactory and made us feel "seen". The care quality was good as well during every step pre- and post- procedure. All in all, a nice pleasant experience at this hospital, if your insurance covers procedures at this hospital.

On my first night I was in a lot of pain (1-10 was a 13 and the second night it was a 10, the team took care of it immediately. Their quick response and compassion made such a difference. They explained everything that was happening with my care in the room. The professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness of everyone I encountered truly stood out. Mercy Hospital made me feel supported and cared for every step of the way, and I'm deeply grateful for the outstanding care I am receiving.
