I needed to get towed to Seacoast Mazda, over an hour away. They drained the oil, which they said was the wrong viscosity, and refilled it. It was $294. I assumed, since the lines connecting these two events were so clear, and my car is a 2023 with 30k miles on it, that they would just pay and I'd be on my way. They called back and declined to pay for the work. If they won't pay $294 to rectify a small mistake, they ABSOLUTELY will not take responsibility for anything else, either.

I met him out front when he brought the car back, I reached for the door handle and noticed there was wax residue in the seem of the front and back door, I opened the door, the floors stood out they were clean, seats, the exterior of the car - clean. I was impressed! The wax in the seam stayed with me though! This is my second time using BrightShine this time to detail both interior and exterior, we looked under the hood he said that would be part of the exterior, waxing is good for 6 - 12 months so wash, wax and interior. Because of the wax in the seam of the doors I'm now looking to see where else there is wax residue, what I found instead is water spots / rain spots. The driver side and hood is clean, go to the back and passenger side and water sports everywhere. On the inside of the car passenger front door panel you can still see a tire track from the wheel to my wheel chair and on that same pillar between the passenger front and back door you can still see splatter from snow and salt off my wheel chair over the winter. He also said they would use this sanding thing to get the grit and grime off before waxing so the wax would adhere better to the paint but clearly this did not happen because they didn't even wash the car properly, I suspect the wax in the seam of he drivers door was so I would see it and be convinced that waxing did in fact happen. The car is now in the garage to keep it out of the elements since I paid allot to get it cleaned and it hasn't rained yet this week so the water spots isn't because I left it out in the rain. I'll for sure put the pictures up on Google Maps, you can zoom in to see what I didn't pay for. I look at their reviews and there are 5 stars all over the place so was I singled out or they just forgot to wash the other side and that they were to wax the car?

Next, the change machine would not accept any one of five one-dollar bills. Then, the cashier at the Haffner's convenience store, when I told her that the change machine did not work, and I asked her for $5.00 in quarters, she said, "our rule is that I can give you no more than $3.00 in quarters;" really, I call that service, customer service, BAD customer service. Finally, after having two car wash employees stare at me, in the self-service car wash bay, I realized that the self-service car wash bays, and change machine, may have been disabled, due to a mechanical issue. You think the cashier would have known that? Finally, if the self-service car wash bays were disabled/turned off, don't you think Haffner's would have put orange cones at the entrance of each self-service car wash bay, indicating that they are Out of Service? Customers - you are a disposable, nuisance to Haffner's Gas Station and Car Wash, neither you, nor your business are valued, you are a nuisance. STAY AWAY!
