They gave me a price for my oil change and then suddenly when I went to pay it was $20 higher. Also, they took my car in right away and I watched the entire time. It took them an hour simply just to change my oil. I'd recommend going anywhere other than here.

It is a bit confusing on where the entrance is to drive through depending on which side of the street you are on. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable but be prepared to wait even if you have an appointment scheduled. The benefit is that while you wait they have cable tv in the waiting area with a decent amount of seating and there are many stores within walking distance to help the time go by. The prices are reasonable as well!

Tried this location…read moreafter a local mechanic I asked to buy and replace new tires for my vehicle basically fumbled the ball. The guys at this Munro were on top of it. They were able to meet the price I had from online and were able to get the specialty tires I wanted within a day and had everything mounted and balanced. The spare tire was delayed by their supplier and they were great in communicating and getting the spare done the next day.
