Eddy had apologized for the delay and for not calling me. Eddy informed my Wife that the watch was sent to RI and came back without the repairs completed. Eddy then said he would get it repaired locally. Eddy once again wanted to sell my wife that Seiko watch he had in stock. My wife said not now and wanted to know where to retrieve my watch and was told it was at their E. Longmeadow location which was where my wife went to retrieve my watch after 5 weeks of no repairs!
