I brought some of my Gucci watches in to get the batteries replaced & was very happy with the service!! The batteries were $14.95 each very cheap compared to fast fix!! Everybody was really nice & was super fast. Great new location too! That guys comment below about the resealing & pressurizing any watch store is going to charge for that service. Anybody that has nice watches know the extra costs involved to maintain them. Also, that service is optional & watch works still has the best prices in the mall :) read more

What a great experience. I probably buy a new watch only every few years or so. When I buy one that has to be adjusted and fitted I am always leery about going to a watch shop. But, what else am I going to do? The technician who helped me was a young lady named Crystal. She greeted me when I walked in, and immediately asked how she could help, with a smile. When I told her I was looking to have my watch sized, which I purchased from somewhere else, she was very accommodating. She told me the price for the adjustment, which was $15. I was pleasantly surprised. I thought it might be more. She immediately went to work, and within a few minutes, she had me try on the watch. It wasn't the exact fit that I was looking for, so she did some more work on it, and just like that I had a watch that fit me. I was in and out of the shop within 15 minutes. I am completely satisfied with the customer service, and the quality of work. She even told me that if I had any issues, or needed it to be adjusted a bit more, just to come in and they would make those adjustments for free. Kudos! read more

Let me start by saying I've not heard anything about this place nor have I even noticed it at the mall prior to entering. Went in with a very simple question and was treated like a complete moron. The amount of snob that came dripping off this guys cheeky grin when I asked a question, was disgusting. I said "hey do you guys sell gift cards for this place?" Recently, a long Marc Jacobs necklace that I love got caught on the arm of my office chair and broke. Looking at it, I knew the repair would be easy - I could have done it myself with a pair of forceps but I just can't see anything that tiny. I took it to Fast Fix Jewelry Repair in Victoria Gardens. I had good experiences with their locations in the Vegas area. The girl at the front counter took my necklace to the repair guy and after a couple of minutes said he could repair it and check all of the other links - for $29.95. This seemed unreasonable to me for a simple, quick repair. I told her that I didn't need the additional inspection but she did not offer an alternative. So I thanked her, took my necklace and left. I walked over to Watch Works because I saw that the sign said "jewelry repair". I was hoping it didn't mean watches only. I gave the woman behind the counter my necklace and explained how it had broken. She took it back to her desk, and after 5 minutes handed it back to me. I asked how much I owed her and she said "no charge." I am so grateful to her for repairing my beloved necklace (a souvenir from a vacation to Paris) and the unexpected kindness of doing it at no charge! I will absolutely return here for jewelry repair or watches and will send everyone I know. Thank you again for the great service! read more

They lie about pricing to get people in the door!!!! Says watch battery is 12.95 but if your watch is water resistant more than 100 feet it cost an extra 18.99 to test it after battery replaced. So it cost more to test my watch than to replace the battery???? Went to a nice watch store and had it replaced and tested for $16.00. I had my watch battery replaced here and 5 months later it died again. I went back, with no receipt and the girl replaced it again for me free of charge! Three weeks ago I gave them $100.00 to lay away a watch. Realized 3 days later my wife was getting me one for Christmas. Went back to the store to cancel my lay away. I was told by Angela they do not give refunds on purchased items. I stated it was on lay away. She insisted they do not give refunds. I said fine keep the $100.00 but take me off of your books. I stated I would never be back so just keep the money. I received a phone call from Angela today asking if I would like to still buy the watch! I was looking for a specific G-shock watch that i hadn't been able to find at any other store (contacted at least 10 stores) and luckily Watch Works had it! I called ahead to ask if they had it and by the time i got to the store, not only was the watch up front, but they had set the time on it for me! The customer service here was beyond excellent! I don't remember the guys name that helped us, but both gentleman that were working were very kind. No taxes or fees were were added to the price, which is greatly appreciated. I wish I could give this place a 100/100! I went in today around 8:45pm to get my watch resized. It just needed a pair of plyers that I could have done myself but I didn't want to damage it. I was treated very respectfully by the man (I believe his name was Eddie). He quickly took it to the back and in less than one minute took one link off but it was still too loose but he quickly fixed it!
