I needed to remove an old stone from an old ring and place it on a new ring. I also had another loose stone that I wanted to put in the old ring (in place of the old stone). Long Story short, Perla understood exactly what we wanted and was more than happy to show us a variety of rings. After agreeing on a price, I asked her to do work on the ring that was NOT purchased from Las Joyas, and she did it as a complimentary service. No charge. On top of all of that, guess how long it took to finish all the work? ONE DAY. The next day, I get a call from Perla letting me know that BOTH rings were ready to be picked up! I have been a dedicated customer to our LA jewelers for over 3 decades but decided to make a visit to this local store. George was very accommodating to my many questions & willing to spend almost 2 hours dedicating different ideas to what I like. He was very patient & willing to give suggestions with honesty. I did not intend to make a purchase but inquire. His son was very kind to a phone call & seemed genuine when talking to the customers. They worked with others walk-ins while I decided on my final choice. George & his son then took more time to customize the ring for me. A price was given & seemed very fair.
