It's one of the last old-school brick-and-mortar watch shops in the old El Toro area. I brought in a Seiko that was having issues with the hands. Dropped it off Saturday, and by Monday they called to let me know it was ready. That's hard to beat. Just wanted to say thanks for the quick turnaround. The watch is running perfectly now, and it's nice knowing there are still local shops like this around. Appreciate it, guys!

Did not expect to have it fixed same day so I was super grateful. "Just in time" is right! Will be back next month after they relocate to replate my other watch, which I got a quote for that sounded fair in pricing. They also had a good selection of watches, including one I had been eyeing online. I would come shop here in the future when I'm in the market.

However when it was returned the gold back had been replaced with a cheap metal back and given along with other watches and I did not notice immediately. My daughter was very upset when she discovered it had been switched. She is very upset each time she sees the watch. While it did take quite awhile I will say my grandfather's watch is beautiful, functions as it should, and now can be worn as I please thanks to the Clock Specialist. I did want to note it wasn't wet tested as with a nearly 50 year old watch and parts that are hard to come by it would be best not to risk losing its current functionality. With that being said, I have zero need to take this watch diving or near any body of water that would risk damaging it so I'm very happy with the work/restoration job that was done.

So happy that Watch Zone finally opened in the Aliso Viejo Town Center. It's so convenient, located a few doors down from Ralph's! Their 30+ years in watch repairs and sales shows the minute you walk in and their customer service is excellent. They make you feel like family, and allow you to browse, ask questions and try things on, all without the all too familiar "pressure to buy". The on-sight expert jeweler can repair just about any piece of jewelry...all while you wait! I found exactly what I was looking for at an incredible price. I've been waiting patiently for this store to open and so happy that it finally did! Went in for a battery change and came out with a new strap as well. Didn't realize they have on-site jewelry repair too. Just dropped of some jewelry that has been sitting in my drawer for years! I love that all repairs are done on site. I recently visited Sam's shop and I am so glad I did! I didn't need anything fancy, just watch batteries and a wrist band. Sam took care of everything quickly and professionally. Also, parking was plentiful even on Thanksgiving Eve. Highly recommend this shop!! read more

They also recommended that I get the entire bracelet finished as only doing part of it would be like getting half a car painted (interesting analogy).
