NOT once EVER did he mention that or ASK me if I wanted the stones replaced. The "new" sapphire doesn't even look like like a sapphire -looks more like a tanzanite or aquamarine. I was so stunned, i left without saying anything. That was on me. That prompted me to look up the price of gold when I gave him my bangles to cover the cost. He waaaaay underpaid based on the price of gold at that time. Again, my bad because I didn't say anything.
