We usually bring in four 5-gallon jugs and we're in and out in about 5-10 minutes. In fact, you can temporarily park in front of the store so you can easily load the jugs into the car after they are filled. The guy will even help you load the bottles without asking! Once I observed the mineral buildup from using Garland tap water in my turtle's environment, I concluded that I didn't want that going in my body and decided to give this place a try. That was several years ago. This summer, I've noticed an odor and less than desirable taste in the tap water, which only adds to my reasons for coming here. Their water is purified and has no odor or bad taste to it. Just pure, clean water, like it should be. After speaking with the sales team and being assured their company would take care of the entire install, halfway through the install process their team notified me they would not actually be doing any of the real work under or around the house. I, a 69 year old senior, was forced to wedge into the crawl space beneath my house and finish the job myself, during the middle of summer, to get my water back to running properly. When I spoke with the company regarding these issues they admitted fault but refused to actually do anything to help the situation. I have numerous emails and other documented correspondence asking for help in resolving the install problems, to no avail. This is the first time in my life I have ever had an issue like this, or reviewed someone publicly. To all those reading, be wary: $8,000 for a semi-complete home install feels an awful lot like a company that practices deceptive business and preys on older citizens. Unfortunately, an issue which seemed easy to solve and come to a quick agreement on now looks like civil litigation will be my only path forward.
