Don't bother calling for small jobs. I called the company on a Friday and explained we wanted someone to come out to assess for mold in a shower area. They said they had some availability the next day, but wanted to see photos first. I sent photos of our shower ceiling with discoloration and a wall on the other side of the shower with paint bubbling from cracked grout. They said the drywall needs to be opened, disinfected, and dried properly. I followed up twice to ask if we could schedule a time for them to come out and get a quote but never heard back. These guys are amazing and professional. Our home had a pipe leak in the wall of our 2nd floor and soaked our 1st floor and basement. We had to get the leak fixed and then immediately looked for a water remediation company and spoke to Andrey. He came out that afternoon to get a scope of work and estimate. It was a fairly big job and he said he would be back the next day as we had another group do the initial demo. Andrey comes back the next day and makes multiple trips full of industrial fans, dehumidifers and testing equipment. He was able to detect wet areas behind drywall, test the water saturation of our studs and test the moisture of areas of insulation that seemed "dry" - note - they weren't and had to be thrown out to mitigate any risk of mold forming. He was very honest and upfront - I appreciated how thorough and communicative he was throughout the process. He's happy to explain everything to you and what the plan is going to be (and he showed up at our house everyday to reposition fans, do additional testings and readings and talk through what's going on with the drying process). Andrey did an amazing job on our carpets. I swear, he is a carpet and tile magician! He cleaned the carpets in 6 rooms, cleaned 1 staircase runner and 1 area rug, and cleaned our mudroom tiles.
