Feigned ignorance. Couldn't ship the week before but it will ship at the end of the day when someone picks it up. Again, it will take one or two days to arrive. One or two? Can't say. As luck would have it, our well pump died yesterday. Being a Saturday, the day before a large storm, we weren't sure we would find someone willing to come out, so we called several numbers and left messages. Darin Miller, the owner, was very responsive and he and an employee spent 2-1/2 hours out in the bitter cold replacing our pump. Our well is very deep; and the cold kept freezing things up hampering their work; but they stuck it out until the job was completed. In addition, we had changed the water filter before he arrived. I went down in the basement a while after they left and the filter was leaking. Darin came back first thing this morning to check it out; and we had not sealed it properly! We cannot be more thankful and appreciative to Darin and his employee for helping us on one of the most frigid days/stormy weekends of the year!!!!
