The water system I got 3 years ago from them had warranty so they stated they would come out and replace everything & add a resin filter. Once they came, they started to clean out all the faucets/shower heads since these little resin beads were stuck inside, cleaned the toilet tanks, checked my washing machine/ fridge water lines and even offered to assist changing out all the kitchen/bathroom valves (got the water valves via Home Depot myself). In addition, they flushed out my hot water tank as well. Now my house has 4 bathrooms, several sinks and faucets so a lot of this took some time but I never heard them complain and they went straight to work. They even replaced my drinking water filters. This company is A++ Now the water is back in my house and coming out even stronger. Thank you Tony, Andy and your team for all your hard work. Side note: I called a plumber before Crystal Clear Water and he said it was the PRV valve issue.. Changed the PRV valve and it wasn't even the problem so money was wasted there... so CALL CRYSTAL CLEAR WATER FIRST!!

The lady that answered said she would forward my info to an Oscar. Oscar called me about an hour later and went over the entire system and the cost. His price was about $500-$1000 cheaper than local competitors. With good pricing and probably the best yelp reviews I decided to go with him. Installation was about a week later. The installer came around 11am and took about 8 hours to install the entire system. His install time too longer than originally quoted but I'm glad he took his time and didn't miss any steps. When it was all done he educated me on the entire system. It's pretty much a set it and forget it system except for maintaining certain salt levels. Within days I felt the difference in my skin.
