During the install day, the team showed a bit late but still made it. They got to work and did a very clean job. No mess and everything is neatly installed. All piping works for my space and doesn't require me to sacrifice my garage. The crew was professional and even made a wiring change when I requested. I couldn't believe they managed to get the equipment in the small space beside my existing shelves. I previously had an under the skin RO but decided to upgrade since mine was 10 years old. The new filtered water is great, not much better than the previous RO though. It does take significantly less space under the sink. The softened water is great too. I also got a Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink. A tech came out to install that. That took 30 minutes. Another tech was scheduled to install the garage tanks, but could not make it. What a fantastic team to keep the scheduled install and have the Sales Person, Oscar, come out to do the install, even though he has "retired" from installs and moved into sales.
