Once they got the gig the level of service declined and with each year it declined further. Communication is short and borderline rude, mainly Tony. They said they could come to do maintenance today at 3pm. It is now 10pm, no one showed up, no one called or texted. I was very respectful when reaching out to Tony too, in which every text was responded with a very blunt few words answer from Tony. It's very unlike his presence here on yelp where he spend much time responding at length to each reviews. Overall, very exhausting and disappointing company. I'm no longer putting up with this level of treatment.

He came out to our home to determine if the house had separate lines for the house and the yard, (in which case it does). He also determined the house used to have a system and told me it would be a reletvely easy install as the regeneration waste drain was right on the other side of the wall of the garage where the soft water and chlorine filter tanks will sit. I also got a Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink. A tech came out to install that. That took 30 minutes. Another tech was scheduled to install the garage tanks, but could not make it. Oscar kept the schedule promise and came out himself for the scheduled time and happily installed the system. What a fantastic team to keep the scheduled install and have the Sales Person, Oscar, come out to do the install, even though he has "retired" from installs and moved into sales. Everything was installed with professionalism and cleanly done. I had a lot of question for Oscar during the install, and he took the time to answer them.
