After careful consideration and upon satisfaction of all of my concerns and questions being addressed by Jose Flores, I decided to have Water Fire Rescue Pros do the remediation work at my house. He accommodated me on certain things that I wanted included in our contract, patiently making several revisions at my request. Before the job began, 3 employees from the company came to the house to preview everything. It was quite a nice showing! later on in the project (when something needed to be handled), the project manager who had been here on that day was already familiarized with my property on project. The job began as scheduled, the crew arrived timely each morning that they were scheduled, they were courteous, and observed all of the parameters and limitations that I asked them to abide by. This was very important to me because when remediation is being done, and an area is being contained, you can't be here during that time so you must be able to trust the people that are working for you to carry out your preferences and guidelines. While some minor damages occurred during the remediation process, (as is to be expected) during the grinding of the floor, some drywall got damaged. The project manager handled this professionally and with consideration which was reflected on my final bill. At one point during the project, I reached out and spoke with the operations supervisor. He was very technically oriented and able to answer some questions that I had with exceptional insight and knowledge. Never use this company! Our condominium was flooded due to the upstairs broken water heater. We hired this company because Martin told us that (1) he used to be an insurance adjuster so he knew how to handle an insurance claim, (2) this company would take care from the mitigation to the construction, and (3) we wouldn't have to pay anything from our pocket as Martin would take care everything directly with our insurance company, and what insurance company would pay is their price. The construction has never finished. Our tenant had to relocate three times for her temporary housing, and she finally cancelled her lease when Martin didn't make his promise for her move back date. Now, they claimed that we owed money to them. The balance is the difference between their inflated estimates and the amount insurance company paid. When we sign the contract, the total construction price was left blank. We signed it because we trusted what Martin told us which is the price is the amount which our insurance company would pay. We now hired another contractor to finish the work and will most likely hire an attorney. We filed a formal complaint to Contractor's License Board. So, don't trust this company. Don't sign a contract without a price. read more

Called Water Fire Rescue Pros at 2 am when I had a bad bathroom link that leaked down stairs and ruined the downstairs. They came the extracted the water and set up fans and humidifiers and made sure that they took care of any hidden leaks. When they cleaned the technician stated that he saw some mold between the first and second floor where the leak actually went to the first level and he took care of it right away. They remedied the mold and made sure it was safe to get back home. They even were able to give me 10% off because of a military discount and told me that they can deal directly with my home insurance if need be. They were incredibly respectful, polite and they came so fast to my home. Honestly, they are the best go to for these kind of things, and they even offer other services. Highly recommend this company! They showed up pretty quickly after we called them early in the morning. Ready with masks on and immediately started to remove the water that had flooded our entire first floor overnight as well helping to get things off the floors and out of the way so that further damage wouldn't occur. They were professional, clearly explained every process step by step, communicated well with our insurance, cleaned up any trash or debris every single day which was amazing. I really can't say enough about these guys. They even went as far as packing up my entire first floor in color coded and numbered boxes and neatly wrapped all my furniture carefully then took it storage while we were under construction. I have two large dogs and they were so accommodating with them it really took a lot of stress off our backs. These guys are knowledgeable and very professional, I always felt at ease with them in my home and knew that we were being fully taken care of.
