Just wow, the shop is beautifully put together and super clean. My kid exploded their sno-cone all over and the staff was amazing! So sorry, and thank you so much for your understanding and great service. Now the real star of the shop, the amazing options! The posters of the specialty desserts are mouthwatering, and make it so hard to decide what to order, as you want them all. Really cute and clean interior, great place for dessert and time with the family or friends. The worker was really nice and we were in and out very quick. We got the POG sno - hawaiian style (with ice cream on the bottom, and coconut cream on top). The pog combination might've made it too syrupy, my ice was a complete syrupy mess in the middle and it was way too sweet, I would just do one flavor next time, and tell them to use half the amount of syrup. In the heat of summer, let this be your oasis! The ice is shaved super finely and they have a smorgasbord or flavors to choose from. I chose to make mine Hawaiian style (a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the bottom and coconut cream on top) with strawberry syrup. It was refreshing and delicious. If you want only ice cream, they carry a locally made brand that had a ton of flavor options. Hubby ordered a scoop of birthday cake and I was skeptical.... It was amazing. Tropical Snow is one of those spots where you can instantly tell the people running it really care. I'm pretty sure it's the owners working behind the counter, and the hustle they put in is inspiring. They're not just serving snow cones- they're putting heart and energy into every order, and it shows. Now, the snow cones themselves? Absolutely killer. I ordered the Hawaiian-style with strawberry ice cream at the bottom, Tiger's Blood shaved ice, and banana cream on top. When she said "banana cream," my jaw dropped and honestly, I was hyped. Weird combo? Maybe to some, but I loved it. Sweet, creamy, tropical... it all just worked. My fiancé ordered The Volcano (Black Cherry and Mango) Hawaiian style with coconut cream and vanilla ice cream and damn, when I tell you how much that Black Cherry had us, it was so damn good! For about $15, we got two medium snow cones with ice cream at the bottom and cream on top. At first, I thought maybe I'd gotten one that was too big but it was so good that by the end, I was actually kind of disappointed I didn't have more. That said, you could totally get a small and enjoy it just as much, which is probably what I'll do next time... though let's be real, I just can't get enough. I didn't take pictures because I ate mine too fast but the ambience deserves a shoutout. The whole place has this fun tropical theme, and there's even a parrot that talks and moves back and forth which the kids absolutely love. It makes the whole experience that much more memorable. My only feedback? I wish they offered catering, because this would be huge on campus at my work in Norterra. It's the kind of treat everyone would line up for. How does this place not have more reviews?! The Hawaiian shaved ice is stellar here! I got the Strawberry Blonde which is strawberry syrup and banana cream, but got it Hawaiian style which adds a scoop of ice cream at the bottom. I got vanilla. Oh my god it was so dang good! and the small is quite generous! This frozen treat absolutely hit the spot on a scorching hot day. Staff was so sweet, and offered samples of the ice cream if you're curious and can't decide The place is really done up in the tiki-ish-tropical theme. Really fun vibe to add to your frozen treat experience! There are a few larger tables along the back, and a few smaller tables and seats along the side. It was nice and clean, no sticky tables! 10/10 recommend this place! It's a shame i'm only a visitor in this city, I wish I could take it back home with me hahaha! read more

Was in town for a couple days visiting family and we stopped in here on a Sunday evening. I didn't have shaved ice, but I did have a couple scoops of ice cream- mint chocolate chip and vanilla bean. They serve Karen's Kreamery ice cream which was really tasty! My sister and her partner both had shaved ice, which they both thoroughly enjoyed and said it had the right amount of sweetness without being overwhelming. My sister had the Strawberry Blonde shaved ice, and her partner had Guava, Raspberry, and Orange shaved ice. The service was great too, very friendly and welcoming :) The inside of the place has cool wallpaper and wall accents! They also have 4 big tables inside so you can keep cool from the dreadful heat while you enjoy your sweet treat.
