Of course out of warranty, so we discussed the most cost effective and quality options and I decided to have the unit replaced with a more efficient, modern unit with a full 15-year warranty. My tech went to their warehouse and picked up the unit, and within an hour was back and at work pulling down the old unit and installing the new one, complete with all new copper piping. All done after a couple hours and I was so impressed, had him service my under counter water filtration system in kitchen. He cleaned everything up and we walked the home together making sure everything was working. YES!!!! HOT WATER EVERYWHERE!!!
