Team is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, willing to make suggestions and talk through options. We're very happy with our new spa and would highly recommend All Seasons for anyone's pool or spa needs. While every one of our interactions with the All Seasons team was positive, special shout out to Tom Sekulski. He has been an exceptional primary contact to work with and helped us work through the entire project, including a mid-project design change. The construction crew was also very easy to work with and with any project, there are always surprises. The crew was communicative and great about addressing questions and making suggestions. Crew made a great suggestion for lighting to enhance the hardscape that really looks amazing. Truly exceptional experience and we highly recommend this business!

They opened the pool for me last month and I noticed small air bubbles coming from one of the returns, long story short I turned the pool off last night and had several gallons of water shooting up from the skimmer in the deep end and heard a hissing sound. I tried restarting the pool and it took a little more time to clear out the bubbles through the sight glass but it did. I called this morning and stated I would like to have it checked out before something goes really bad. I told the girl on the phone I could make the problem happen, just by turning the pool off and they would see it and hear the issue. I know they are busy we always have to wait a long time. I am not rude, just asking if it is safe to use because they won't look at it for two weeks. I am 7 miles from them and they said two weeks. During the process of building the pool, I had to wait days of ,well he's on vacation, or someone called in sick and so on. This could end up costing thousands to repair. I have spent close to 60 to 70,000 dollars with them I am in Homerglen and they wouldn't even give my family 15 minutes to look at the issue. I think A customer is entitled to at least that. Craig

As I sit here reading some of the negative comments regarding services that were performed by RCM,…read moreI feel compelled to post my experience that I have had for the last 7 years with this company. Not only has RCM maintained my furnace and a/c unit on several occasions , they did a full installation of a new unit. I should have listened to Chris from the start when she suggested to replace my furnace on the first service call they made. At the time money was tight and I just needed the temporary fix (bandaid) to keep it running. They answered every call no matter what time it was, they were there! Even after making the suggestion of a new unit. I have never in any of my dealings with not only Chris but the field personnel as well ever had anything negative to say about anyone at RCM. My experience with them has been A++ and nothing less than great! I must add one other note. My 22 year old son bought a house this past year and unbeknownst to him his furnace was going in and out during the winter months. Keep in mind they had just had a baby boy so there was a newborn in the house. My son called me at 2am to tell me that the furnace went out and it was dropping below 50° in the house. I rushed over with heaters to get the temperature up and called Chris at the wee morning hours . Not sure exactly the time but it was before normal working hours for anyone. She cared for that newborn like she was part of our family and I will never forget that! She had a service member from her team over at his house in less than an hour and repaired the furnace. So excuse me in advance when I say this, RCM is a normal business that is here to perform a service and in return make money. When I hear false comments like some of the previous posts that are so FALSE AND SO FAR FROM THE TRUTH! This is one of the best companies that i have ever dealt with regarding home improvement or services. Because you dont get anything for free and dont get your way doesn't mean to jump on social media and slander someone's service that by all means dont deserve. You cannot put a price on the service that these people give! Thank you to RCM for not only having great service but having quality products at a competitive price!

Briefly put, we agreed on $350 diagnostics fee for 2 units and everything that might be needed in excess will be called in for approval before proceeding. In addition to before and after pictures to be taken + a manager's signoff. A few hours later I called the office and was told that the technician has left site and the total cost was $545 for resetting a breaker and replacing a couple of fuses. (Only got 3 pictures that are of no benefit and no signoff was obtained) I offered to pay $400 because the amount they requested wasn't approved and the their answer was that we either pay the full amount or they'd return to the store and uninstall the fuses. Definitely not a company that I would recommend and of course this is our last time we work with such unprofessional money-hungry people.

I initially contacted them for a pool cleaning service and was quoted a price of $120. However,…read moreupon arriving at my property, the price increased to $200, claiming there had been a price change. I found this unreasonable and questioned the significant increase, but no valid explanation was provided. This is very highly unprofessional and exploitative, particularly after a price had already been agreed upon. Additionally, I had a broken water filter that required replacement, for which I was charged nearly three times the reasonable cost. This practice raises serious concerns about the company's business ethics. Exploiting customers is not a sustainable way to grow a business. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. It appears that pricing is very inconsistent and possibly based on profiling customers, which is unacceptable. To this day, I still cannot justify how a quoted price of $120 increased to $200 within just a few days. They still have the price as $120 per visit on their page - isn't that deceptive!

He was hired to clean a cloudy pool and spent an hour or less in two days doing absolutely nothing. He kept trying to push for the weekly maintenance but why would we hire someone that already has proven to be incompetent. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. Hopefully this asshole chokes on the $150.

Every time we ask a question, it's like we are a nuisance. He lies about start dates, if I could do it over again I would go with another company. Get more quotes and go with someone else! Not worth the disrespect and unprofessionalism when your spending $65k and the promises he makes will all change. Pool installation FINALLY BEGAN 2 months after pool was supposed to be ready to swim on July 4th. One excuse after another from the start. The entire process has been a headache and unpleasant experience. John ordered the wrong size liner - put us back another 2 weeks, John ordered the wrong color pavers put us back another week. Then more problems with the auto cover. One issue onto another and still giving us problems. Our pool is still not finished the automatic cover is not installed because once again didn't order it on time. We signed everything may 1 to begin digging Memorial day. Pool was supposed to be ready for swimming around July 4 it is now August 28th pool is not done and lots of mistakes. They ripped our electric line to our patio lights when digging, we haven't had our lights fixed, it's been over a month. New update: It is now oct 1 and our pool is still not complete they haven't given us an orientation on how anything works. They also haven't finished the landscaping around the pool, the cover just was installed the last week of September. Pieces off ladder broke, a person slipped on stairs broke his elbow open. One of their workers cut our patio lights wire and which was done before we even decided to get a pool and now we have no patio lights. We signed the contract May 1. So unprofessional and they have not even reached out in the last month to let us know what is going on and when it will be completed. Beware of John and his empty promises! Update oct 19 still no response from this company we have emailed and called. Pool has not been closed out - things are broken, the electrical on our patio was cut from one of their workers. We haven't had our orientation, final inspection and our pool hasn't been completed - NO RESPONSE!
