I arrived on Sunday around 2pm and there were 3 cars ahead of me plus 1 being washed. It is a 1 at a time service. I waited about 25 mins to be washed. I sat in my car but I think they prefer you don't. I misunderstood because I was watching a movie on my phone and I was distracted. They drive your car away from the wash station to the wipe down area. It was a lovely day and I did not mind hanging out waiting. I think the whole thing took about an hour. I got the 45$ wash. My windows were streaky I noticed the next day on the inside but I know that's a tough area to get clean because I have a tuff time with it too. Overall they were super nice and it's close to home.

Classic Car Wash was one of those options and I opted to go here and pay the $2 surcharge for The Classic Car Wash. There are two lanes and there were a few cars ahead of me on a Tuesday around noon. The waiting area inside is very spacious and there are benches outside for you to wait as well. After handing my paper to the cashier and verifying my code through the mobile app, he gave me a white receipt. My car was done in about 20 minutes and the job wasn't very well done. There were a lot of streak marks on the car and on the windows. Though they gave me a 10% off next visit reward, I don't think I'll be using it.

But one day I was passing by Hicksville and saw this handwashing location. I decided to give it a try. Now I've been to some very reputable handwash places. Blues is definitely one of them. He takes his time and he cares. So I decided to get my car ceramic coated. I did go ask couple of places but none of them gave me the reassurance I was looking for. Keep in mind you don't want to mess this up since it is a semi permanent product. He took care of my car, all the swirls, took his time. He even did my calipers, exhaust tips, wheels. I've seen the workers sitting in the back for up to half an hour waiting for the boss to wake up and open the business AFTER business hours have started. In terms of value, I wouldn't say I'm getting the most out of my monthly membership because they're closed at inconsistent and random hours and half the time I drive by for a wash I can't really get one. The quality of the wash is great, however, consistency and reliability are equally important for a business.

The first time they were closed, I mentioned it to the owner, and he said it was because the machines broke down. At least leave a sign at the entrance that you're closed due to mechanical issues. Despite the services clearly advertised and included in the app, employees continuously refuse to provide towels for customers to properly finish drying their vehicles. In addition, they repeatedly refuse to clean the carpets, claiming that carpet cleaning is not covered, even though the app explicitly states otherwise. As a paying customer using a service promoted by Toyota, I expect the business to honor the services included in the program instead of making excuses or denying benefits that customers are entitled to receive. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and failure to provide the advertised services reflects very badly on both this location and the Tru Toyota Autocare Network. I would appreciate this issue being addressed immediately to ensure customers receive the services they are paying for and promised through the program.
