Please be aware this company is NOT Waterman's Plumbing anymore. Waterman's was bought out in a multi-company merge in the summer of '24. If you call expecting to get Waterman's, it will be answered by someone from one of the other companies. If you ask that one of the former Waterman's employees come to your house for the service because you're familiar with their quality, service and courtesy, don't hold your breath. The technician may arrive in a Waterman's truck, but they likely will be wearing the uniform of one of the other companies. I called Waterman's with a problem with a dishwasher. The technician arrived in a Waterman's truck but wearing a Harlan's work shirt. While he did a reasonable job assessing the problem [essentially the washer was 23 YO and not as powerful as new], when I asked him to look at a clogged drain in the kitchen, adjacent to the dishwasher, and even though we were still well within the one hour service charge window, I got a little bit of attitude either for asking about another problem or the technician having to walk out to his truck to get another tool, or what, I don't know. It was not appreciated by me since I felt that since I was paying for an hour minimum service charge, I wanted a little more than 15 minutes of service. Further, unlike Waterman's of old, after the service, I start getting inundated by emails from the conglomerate company with requests for surveys, advertisements, etc. I finally had to block their email since their "unsubscribe" link conveniently led to no where. The technician told me that the conglomerate bought the Waterman's name for 3 years, so you'll see Waterman's name out there for a while longer, but it's not Mike and his team anymore!! read more

Service was prompt and friendly, however, the price was outrageous in my opinion. I smelled a little gas when in the attic changing a furnace filter. Our gas main cones in there to a regulator. I used a little soapy water to find a leak in the regulator. When the tech arrived he said he had to charge me $270!!! to do the soap test himself before he would just replace the regulator. $270 to spray some soapy water that I had already done. Service Requested in 2022 - Water heater decided that it preferred to have the water on the outside, instead of the inside. We respectfully disagreed with the water heater, because that arrangement severely impacted our ability to take hot showers. We called a few places, and liked the vibe from Waterman's. Jose came out, did an amazing job, and was very professional and pleasant. We are happy with the service and the price of Waterman's Plumbing, and we are thankful that they took our side in the fight with our old water heater. (The new water heater saw what Jose did to the old one, and it has not given us any lip!) Service Requested Sept 19, 2023 - After Jose gave our old water heater a ride in his van that would have made Tony Soprano proud, we decided it was time to do a couple of upgrades, so we bought 2 new toilets, some sink faucets, new bathtub hardware and a shower valve thingy (that's the technical term for it, "thingy"...if you don't know what that is, you're probably not technical enough). Once again, Jose came to the rescue with one of his associates. They did a great job for a fair price, and we are happy once again! Service Requested Feb 07, 2024 - The water heater that we had "taken care of" (wink, wink) in 2022 apparently had relatives living under my front lawn, because in the middle of the night, the pipe that feeds our home decided that it, too, wanted the water that was on the inside to be on the outside. I woke up at 4:30 am to take a shower, and was surprised to find the smallest trickle of water dribbling out. To my dismay, checking other faucets yielded the same results. I proceeded to go outside to investigate, and found that there was water streaming from my grass and down the street. I then noticed a baseball mound in my front lawn that had not been there previously. After turning the water off at the meter, the mound eventually flattened out, and I had confirmed the horrible news...the broken pipe was on my side of the meter, and was therefor MY responsibility. I started looking up the amount of money I could get for selling my organs, and then I remembered WATERMAN'S PLUMBING! So I called up, and they scheduled Tony and Chris to come and help restore our water (and sanity). Of course, since Jose had been our go-to-guy in clutch situations, we were worried that Tony and Chris might not be as awesome. But Waterman's came through again, Tony and Chris were excellent, nice, professional and amazing. In baseball, if you get 3 strikes, you're out. I have wanted to add Waterman's Plumbing to the recommended businesses for a while, but always forget. Our water pipes burst last night. Water flooded our laundry room and kitchen. I left an after hours message for them last night. At 8am this morning, sweet Jennifer called me to let me know someone would be here today. Mike just left and fixed 2 pipes, cleaned up the floors and the price and service was REALLY AMAZING! He told us what to do from now on to keep this from happening and was so nice and professional. I thought I needed to replace my water main, it didn't shut off like I expected. Upon arrival, Mike closed and opened it a few times, the valve was fine - it may have had some crud in there which prevented it from closing all the way. Mike could have done the job anyway, but being an honest man he said the valve was fine. SO while he was here, I had him do some other work that was nagging me. I could not have had a better experience with Watermans Plumbing. I was already feeling super apprehensive because I was terrified of repair costs. I had been told my house had a sewer line slab leak, and against my better judgment, I went online to research possible prices and nearly had a coronary. It's kind of like WebMD for homeowners. Just don't do it. The office manager, Jennifer, is a gem. She was patient, returned all my calls very promptly, and was just nice to talk to. She was warm, and made me feel very much at ease. She also also would text me with updates that I needed. Great service, all around. The diagnostic prices were very reasonable, and were far lower than other prices I had been quoted elsewhere. The work was done fast, and the price ended up being much lower than I anticipated, which was great!! I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing work you need. Be prepared for $120 trip charge, they won't cut you any slack. They were at my home for literally ten minutes, shut off a couple valves to tell me that the outside leak was not plumbing, but irrigation related. I've heard of $50 to $75 trip charge but this is ridiculous. I will say they've done great work for reasonable prices in the past. Always polite and professional. read more

The WORST experience! Two men from this company came out to check why my kitchen sink was backed up. They didn't introduce themselves, one of them kept burping, the other was training. They put a snake down and said they couldn't go further, something blocking. They got their camera and said oh this is wrong...they claimed my main sewer line was broken, roots had cracked my pipe and they were filling my pipes. They told me they had to jackhammer my living room floor (where the supposed stoppage was) fix the pipe in the living room floor and pour new cement, I would then need someone to come and put my carpet back. I have been sick to my stomach since they told me that and stressed beyond words. I called Micha's Honest Plumbing for a second opinion. They sent their man out immediately and he spent a long time with me showing me the entire pipe system both inside and out and it is completely clear! And shockingly there are NO PIPES under my living room floor! Waterman lied to me and tried to take advantage of me. I am a widow and I cannot imagine how dishonest these people are. Fixed sink issues, toilet issue, swapped out a copper line with a flex hose to a dishwasher and just installed a new hybrid water heater (which was a little difficult due to space). I want to write a review on my experience with Waterman's Plumbing. I had sink faucets that were dripping, I needed a sink faucet replaced, and water heater needed attention. I had dragged it out for a long time just for the pure fact that I was very uncomfortable in calling anybody I didn't know. Growing up, all we did was "go get the neighbor", "Uncle Jaime can fix that", etc. I had already had someone come in and the man was interested in everything else except fixing my sinks. My neighbor recommended Waterman's Plumbing. I called them and they had Brandon Harrison come to my house. Everything went perfectly. Brandon got to my home at precisely the time given to me during phone appointment. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Also important to me was that he was very respectful. I felt totally at ease having him work in my home. He did a wonderful job and the price was extremely reasonable. Thank goodness Waterman's called me back right away & they were at my house within 2 HOURS! I called Waterman's Plumbing to come out and look at a sewer line blockage at the master bath and bring the camera, please. Brandon and Brian came out on a dark and rainy day and they checked the main line for the blockage only to find that roots were the problem. Brandon gave me an estimate that was very reasonable and we proceeded to schedule the repair for Friday the 20th. They showed up on time and completed the repair, cleaned up and are due back on Monday to install the toilet. Very nice young men, did a neat professional job and would use again in a heart beat.
