Tonnie was amazing! She was busy when I came in, asking for a tour. She was yelled at but still kept her bubbly composer. On the tour, she was friendly and kept me engaged. What a Great Place to Live! Had a wonderful view of the water over the plaza across the street. Jason & All the office staff were Always very professional,helpful. The biggest issue I take with waterview is that management lacks honesty and accountability. I inquired over email to establish a paper trail for the new rate I would pay should I renew my rental contract for 11 months. Instead of replying via email Tonnie called me with a $40 increase in rent a week later. I even called back 10 minutes later to confirm the rate and if could I wait a week to renew my lease and still get that rate. Tonnie confirmed yes and told me that I can even wait over a month. 5 days later I had a letter taped on my door allowing three renewal options (not 11 months as needed) 12 months with $100 increase/ month, 9 months with $150, and 6 months for $250 increase. When I called Tonnie to ask what happened she condescendingly used apartment jargon and told me I misunderstood what she meant. I e-mailed them my 30 day notice 37 days in advance (again to establish a paper trail). When I called to follow up the notice magically disappeared and must have been because of "a loop going on in the system." I brought in my notice in person and was told they can only honor the notice of that day. Resulting in me losing 7 days in submitting my notice. Finally I was checking my final statement and was charged for 2 additional days of rent..$394. To which Tonnie aggressively defended that my notice stated an additional 2 days beyond the length of my contract...she realized her mistake, and did not have the decency to apologize. When I moved in the tiles in the kitchen had cracks, the paint on the cabinets were already peeling. The apartment's only towel rod was hanging by a few threads on the walll and the toilet paper roll dispenser was sloppily glued back on (see pictures). At move out they charged for silly replacements like filters. They charged $280 to "clean the apartment." The standards they hold to prepare an apartment for new tenants are disturbing. I knew the woman who lived downstiars from me smoked half a pack a day INSIDE her apartment and when they were getting the apartment ready for the new tenant they doused the apartment with cleaning fluid and didn't replace the carcinogen laden carpet for the new tenant. I have never experienced worse allergies than at Waterview. The only good thing about WV is that it is a dog friendly complex. People often do not pick up after their pets. It is not safe for dogs that require lengthier walks beyond the complex. There is only one accessible sidewalk by the leasing office where you have to cross the street to stay on the sidewalk at a very busy intersection. Sometimes I would run across busy Southampton with my senior dog in my arms. There are two man made paths to get to Panorama which is a little less busy than Southampton but still requires you to haphazardly to cross the street to access a sidewalk. Around March-June there was a massive tick infestation that left me picking 3-4 ticks off my dog after every walk and that left me with no choice but to risk getting hit by a car by crossing Southampton. You have to pay for garbage, water, electricity and gas on your. So expect to be charger upwards of $100 bills to WV. Stack those on top of internet, cable, and electricity will easily add $200 to your expenses per month. Over time my unit just started to fall apart. The valances fell of randomly one day and hit my dog in the face. The doors on the closets fell off their tracts. All my electronics with 2 prong plugs would unplug from the loose outlets with the slightest nudge. Some days I couldn't even brew a pot of coffee without having to stand by my coffee pot holding the plug in place. My apartment had a huge issue where the pressure apparatus caused the shower head to only spray cold water. So I was taking cold showers in the winter time for about a month as the result of a leak and maintenance being too busy to change the clogged up shower head. Even after the fix the water boilers aren't powerful enough to provide consistent hot water to each block and that meant showering in luke warm water pretty often. The ATT internet is very slow and on a Friday you can forget about streaming Netflix or Hulu. There are no ACs installed so my upstairs apartment can get upwards of 95 degrees in then non-air conditioned space which makes summer time intolerable compounded with my chain smoking neighbors it was impossible to air out in the evenings as well. At J block area there are people who work on their cars blasting music taking advantage of the arrangement of the apartments rocking and disturbing the peace on Sundays with R&B music. They will hook you in with a reasonable price at the beginning. I cannot recommend this place for any length of a lease purely because you will not be taken care of by the staff when things go wrong and move-out will be confusing and costly. To this day I still wish I spend $400 more and opted for nicer apartment. read more

From my past experiences here I can honestly tell you I enjoy these apartments. I love the community especially a special shout to Ben. R. I'm not much of a person to complain about much but when you need some fixed I have no other choice but to complain... I've called in to get this leak under our bathroom sink to get fixed like three times. Every time I had one of the maintenance guys come in and supposedly get it fixed. Every time they said it should be okay now it was not once they left my apartment and I check on the pipe to make sure it didn't leak well eventually in less than 24 hours I'd get the leak again. My mom is very happy with Ben because not only did he fix the problem he took his time to make sure the leak wasn't coming back. Very patient kind maintenance guy. My mom is one happy tenant for sure now that we don't get the leak it's been a week or more leak free. Thank you ! read more

It's finally time to write a review. Since I could write about many issues here that would make this review the length of a short story, I'll start writing about one at a time. To begin, let me tell you that I have lived here for 9 years. I've seen many issues here. Last night, I got stuck outside on my balcony. The sliding door became off-track as I closed the door behind me. The door wouldn't open. It's 8:30 pm and I have no way to get back inside (second floor apartment.) Fortunately, I had my phone and could text the maintenance department to come help. If I didn't happen to have my phone with me, I would have been stuck out there till 1:30 am when someone came home. Rare occurrence? Not really!! This is the fourth time this has happened. The first three, I was able to get the door open after some time spent outside. This building is very old, which means the doors are just as old. I have had countless times where maintenance has been here because of this door. It won't stay on track, it gets stuck midway and won't open or close, the wheels have been replaced, it has had to be adjusted because of a large gap that was creating a draft inside the apartment (this was fixed with Benicia building inspector overseeing the work.) The door has even been replaced (not a new door, but one from another apartment. So basically, another apartment got the worse one.) This door and track is old and problematic enough to be completely REPLACED!!!!!!! They haven't offered a new door; however, they have raised the rent!!!!! read more

I'm conflicted with Waterview. First, the positives. The staff are great. I don't have to deal with them very often, but they are very helpful. The maintenance crew is absolutely top notch. They are very prompt, effective, and courteous. The facilities could be better (but so could every other apartment complex). The apartments (mine anyways) are nice. The living room has crown molding and the kitchen has great counters and cabinets. The carpet is old, but not worn beyond belief. Our neighbors are very quiet, no complaints there. And Benicia is a great place to live. The apts are close to Raleys and other small shops and restaurants. The price of the rent is decent, considering it is in Benicia (don't expect some $900 1 br apt here...its not Vallejo). The water, utilites, etc are decent. Now the negatives (perhaps better directed at the residents of Waterview). It seems like every third resident has a dog or two. Every patch of grass in the complex smells like dog shit and piss (excuse my language). Everytime i walk out of my apartment, i catch a whiff of dog piss because someone is too lazy to walk their dog to a remote area. The dogs even pee on the metal poles supporting the garage areas. Its disgusting. The smell of dog piss everywhere. Dog piss stains all over the parking lot. Dog poop on every patch of grass...my kid can't play anywhere. The garbage bins are a pig sty. Some residents don't understand the concept of recycling, while others think its perfectly okay to dump there old couch in the parking lot, assuming someone is going to pick up after them. The buildings are old. The telephone wiring is just as old. We have ATT Uverse, which is great except for the shoddy wiring in the apartment. The internet comes and goes randomly. We've had an ATT tech come out and look at everything, and the only issues he can find is that the wiring of the apartment is old. Overall, it seems like Waterview is plagued by old age and is owned by some far off company that doesn't care. The old buildings, the crappy parking lot, the quality of the facilities are all in some sort of disrepair and I don't think it is the fault of the on-site management. Whatever corporation that owns the place doesn't want to shell out the dough for any real repair or upgrades. In the end, I have to give the place 3 stars because despite all of its shortcomings, the apartments are safe, generally quite, decently priced (for the area), and close to things like the freeway, stores, etc. read more

These apartments are ok for the price. We lived there about a year. Paid our rent on time, but we had to move 3 weeks before our last rent payment. The manager was so happy that he found a Replacement renter for us! So they got August's payment twice...(I don't think I should have been charged for the full months rent:/.... So, I deep cleaned the apartment! Even steam cleaned it.. The management charged us close to 400$ for cleaning.. A whole months rent... 1700 in all!!! We Finely paid it off, after 8 months. But it still was sent to collections, and I paid interest on top of that... I wish people still believed in customer service!!!!! read more

I lived in this dump for about 15 months. I was locked in a 12 months lease, once that was over they jacked the rent up by $375. Rent increased and problems associated with the unit I lived in were usually ignored. When I moved in the unit had new carpet, but they were to cheap to put new pad. So basically prior renters pets pee'd all over. And the smell came out as weeks passed. Management wouldn't wouldn't pay for carpet cleaning so I had to outta pocket pay $89. The toilet needed replacing and was always stuck in flush mode where you would have to remove the lid and stick your hand in the tank to stop it. Took about 6 weeks of wasting water, maintenance guys coming to "repair it" where they finally swapped it out with a USED one!! The used/new one then had an issue with gnats that that would cling to the side of the bowl! From there they nested into the bathroom sink. Complete disgust. The unit was fumigated 3 times before it was cleared of bugs. The stoves knobs were so faded they didn't have any indicators of "low, medium, high" temp setting on them. Management sent over maintenance guy with a sharpie and he filled in the knobs...LOL! Dogs yes are always unleashed and use the whole complex as a bathroom. The steam-room never was in working order. The main pool would always have people that dont live the complex using it. Hot tub wasn't the cleanest. There landscaping company they used would start sometimes at 645am every week using leaf blowers and mowers in the summer. During the fall when the leaves would litter the complex they would come every other week, or 3rd if it rained. Place was just a mess especially with the messy trees they have here. I was told the driveway was gonna get repaved when I first signed the lease, never did potholes EVERYWHERE! Anyone reading this review, I would advise not living here. This place will take your deposit no matter how clean and nice you leave the unit. The office never answers the phone during posted hours and takes a couple days to even get a call back. I moved in 8/1/2020 during Covid-19 and the unit was filthy and dirty. When I asked about a cleaning crew to come in and clean the place he said maintenance would come take a look but they never called me or came. We had a death in family and that was the reason we had to break our lease and pay an extra months rent in advance to do this which was ok with us as long as we got our deposit back. It took them more than a month to get our deposit back and they kept 70% of the money for cleaning and maintenance on the unit but we left the unit in much better shape when we left compared to when we moved in. Justin is very nice and helpful but everyone else there doesn't care to do their job especially since Covid-19. This place is a scam and I would never recommend living here, they will keep your deposit no matter what you do. read more

As a student, you need a quiet, clean, friendly and affordable place- and Waterview Apartments is that and more. I am a student from Touro and found Waterview to be an awesome stay. They changed management when I moved in and I never had any problems- I am quite surprised at all the negative reviews- it probably had to do with the previous manager. I dealt with Jason who is the current manager and he is the BEST! Always friendly, cordial and listened to any suggestions I had. For example I am a workout junkie and I asked him if it was possible to get a cleaning spray and napkins at the gym to wipe down after each use- it took him and his staff less than a day to fulfill my requests- I was so impressed and happy! I lived in a studio with my dog- never had any complaints. It is a perfect spot too because there is a shopping center right across the street and if you are a student like myself or a working individual you have Starbucks and Raleys at your finger tips, and Jamba Juice! Seriously, what beats that? Also you can go for a run down the street to the park or take a nice walk from your hectic day or hit the indoor gym if it is too dark outside to run. I highly recommend Waterview Apartments- ask for Jason he will take care of you. I'm sad I am moving out- I have to do rotations in Bakersfield so I HAVE to move and I am saddened to leave my little home here. This place is doggy friendly, they have a pool, and laundry rooms on site! Some rooms have their own washer and drier- really it can't get any better than that for the awesome prices they have. I stayed here for two years while going to Touro university. I would recommend this complex to any student. It is a nice quiet complex with beautiful views( I had the view of water from my unit). The manager and the maintenance personnels are very friendly and approachable. The location is amazing because it is literally right across from a shopping center! If you are planning to go to Touro, the drive is only 15-20min. Downtown Benicia is only a 5 minute drive. The complex is kept clean and nice. I love living here. I'm used to living in an area where we couldn't step out of our front door without worrying about being mugged. We feel so much more safe here. I love how small the community is and how you don't have to be afraid of your neighbors. I personally love that you don't have to fish for a bunch of quarters to do some laundry. Loading a card like a credit card to do laundry is brilliant! We love how quiet and calm it is here, considering it's an apartment complex. The rents are higher but what you get with that is a great location and nothing is more important now days than feeling safe, especially in your own home. Management is great. Pay your rent on time and be courteous to those around you, and there won't be any problems, common sense. We have a baby on the way and my husband commutes and pays toll but we love it here so much that we are willing to sacrifice to live in such a great apartment community. The pet policy is awesome. Small deposit and very small monthly fee and you will never have to worry about your dog barking. Very pet friendly community when there are so few left now days. Maintenance guys are amazing, especially alan. Very personable. They make you feel like you have been a part of the community for a very long time. Literally across the street from a great strip mall...but what makes this the BEST place to live is not just the amenities - like the work out room, the super clean, and relaxing hot tub and outdoor pool...the lovely landscape yards, or the great and always available laundry room - it is the management - they are always available and responsive to our needs. Special KUDOS to Allen, Tonnie, and Justin - the great threesome - this world be a sad place indeed without them. They are so personable, professional, such a big help - they go out of their way to accommodate their tenants. I recently became a resident and everything leading up to moving in was great! I dealt mostly with Justin and he went above and beyond! From answering all of my questions over the phone, to setting aside time for an appointment to do my application, as well as constant email contact. He's always been professional and friendly ! The day I signed my lease, he was the only one working and had back to back appointments. He adjusted his schedule to fit us all in and make sure we were comfortable in between being helped. Not worth it unless you're desperate. Why? Well... 1. Uncontrollable spider problem in warm months. Contacted them about it when we first moved in and they claimed to have pest control come out, but we never saw any pest control. And the spiders definitely didn't reduce in occurrences. If you have your window open in the warm months, you're going to find at least a few huge spiders in the apartment. We also had an ant problem off and on. 2. They can't keep employees. Speaks poorly of the upper management if they can't treat their on-site employees well enough to keep them for longer than a few months. Not to mention the site manager changed FIVE times in the 1 year I lived here. 3. Overpriced, overcharged, and gyp you out of everything they can. There's so much I could mention about this. But just to touch on it: Upon move-out, we left the place cleaner than when we moved in honestly. And we were told we'd hear about getting our security deposit within a week. Never heard anything. Went by a couple weeks later and they said WE owed THEM $150. Plus, they charged us rent for the day after we left (after the date agreed upon on our move-out notice). What a joke! 4. Maintenance guy is really nice, but he works alone. And this complex is falling apart so he has a lot of work to do. The handle for the shower would fall off at least once a month. At one point it even broke off and we had to wait 3 weeks--yes, 3 weeks--before it was fixed. Had to use a wrench to control the shower. This place just needs to be updated. 5. They are very difficult to contact. They never reply to emails and rarely answer the phone. You're only chance is to catch them free in the office. So unless you're desperate for housing, virtually anywhere is better than this place. Not worth the money; just not worth it at all. read more

This a place is a joke. 0 STARS OUT OF 5! First of all, no AC. The apartment got so hot to the point where it was hotter inside than out on the hottest days. A STUDIO, not even 1 bedroom, was $1500. Ridiculous!!! We had no privacy & couldn't have people over for a year due to the bed being 2 feet away from the couch. There's definitely a spider problem. We bombed the apartment 6 times & the spiders wouldn't leave! They were everywhere. It was gross. The oven gave us so many problems. It would burn anything on the outside yet leave the inside raw! We requested them to fix it twice & no one ever did. Another thing, DON'T EXPECT YOUR DEPOSIT! It was just me & my fiance for one year. We were rarely there due to our busy work schedules & rarely cooked due to the broken oven, yet they didn't return any of the deposit & say we owe them $4. WHAAAAAT? You guys are crazy. We kept everything clean & kept up. Not to mention the managers are rude & talk to you like you're stupid. This was my fiance & I's first place together, it's sad to say it wasn't a good one. When I signed a lease in July for a year I specifically asked when it will be done and was told within a month.....by both ladies in the office. It's getting closer to sept now and still no internet or even communication as signing up for att is a joke for the cost of download speeds, locked in for 12 months. And it's slower speeds than dial up. No netflix or doing work. This is clearly false advertising and just to get me in and I was prepared to wait a month and a bit but I need internet now as it's getting ridiculous. I've been living in this complex for almost a year now and I have had a great experience. Every time anything has ever come up, we call Maintenance and Alan and his team have been wonderful. I have lived in many apartments over the years and the Maintenance department is usually my biggest problem. I kid you not, every time I call Alan he comes instantly and helps me out the same day or the day after. The communication between the staff and the residents is great here! I've come across a lot of people that don't seem genuine with help, but it doesn't seem like that here. This place is awful. I lived here over two years, having nothing but problems. Mice problems constantly, noisy neighbors and lousy appliances. Before I moved out, I paid a friend who professionally cleans to clean out my apartment. She had it sparkling. Took tons of photos. Two weeks after I left, I get a bill from Waterview. $495. They claimed 'smoke damage, carpet cleaning and repair and maid service needed'. I work over 70 hours a week and dont smoke. I was never in my apartment. Explain. Obviously, I had to pay for their contracts with these places. Forget your security deposit, might as well call it what it is. Another rent check for them. Avoid this place! Avoid this place at all costs. The staff here is incompetent, especially the manager Daniel. They are always forgetting to do things in a timely fashion, which in my opinion is totally unprofessional. The part that really gets me is how they advertise all the amenities, of which include laundry/sauna and pool/fitness room. I'm sure they jack up the rent just for the tenants to have access to these facilities, but everything is broken down and dirty. The laundry room is foul, I've seen rat poop in the pools, and the fitness center is in a building with asbestos and the machines are dirty and falling apart. They also make you have monthly renter's insurance, so plan on adding that to the other ridiculous costs involved in renting a crap apartment here. read more

OK, this was a hard review to write because this is my second time living here and the first experience was awesome. I will start off with the positives ones. The people in the office Tonni and Jason (Manager no longer there) are always very friendly and very professional when you can get one on the phone or catch them in the office. Maintenance staff always a pleasure and problems or concerns they come over pretty quickly. Al, came over on Saturday night because the rains were so bad I thought my apartment was going to flood so he brought sand bags over and he stacked them up to prevent flooding. He did this when he wasn't even on call! Customer service to the max...thanks again, AL you are the best! Negative experiences, well our upstairs neighbor is very awful. She doesn't walk her dog she forces it to pee on the deck when they are upstairs so the pees trickles onto our deck at least once a week. Have complained so many times nothing ever gets done. Several other complaints about our upstairs neighbor but I do not have all day to write them out. DO NOT RENT APT. 137 in Building N you will regret it. With all these bad experiences with our neighbor today I get the good old surprise of the lease renewal and the rent is going to increase 14%. So a little more then $200 a month. The nerve I have been here less then a year is that normal? Not sure but they can do it cause there is no limit to rent increases in CA (side note I asked about rent increases before moving in and Jason the manager promised no more then 8%, but he no longer is there so sucks for me). One other negative detail there is a bad mice problem we have trapped 2 in the past month! Since we have not moved out yet not sure how getting my deposit back will go from previous reviews I have a fear it will be a fight but we shall see... Honest opinion would not recommend there are better apartments in Benicia for around the same price. Utilities (water, sewer, trash) are very high average over $100 a moth. Probably, because people throw coaches, mattresses, furniture, and anything they feel like in them on a weekly basis. Hope this helps some of you. read more

I do not even know where to begin....definitely over priced I can pay the same amount and rent a house seriously. All I have to say about the units themselves management should ask themselves would they live in a place like that it is not bad but there are some serious needs for upgrades. The office team well they are all nice and buddy (of course they want you to sign) until your rent needs to be paid I get it they need their money but I tired to explain the way we get paid we would always be considered late, while living there we went through some financial hardship which made it hard (I know it's not their fault that our economic situation changed) some how we scrapped by. The two things that have irritated me the most has been when they "put out the notice" they give you just the rent amount we manage to get the amount listed on the notice only to tell us we owe more, well why did you not placed that in the notice so now I have to find away to pay the additional amount to that we owe. The secondary thing would be when I needed something fixed in the unit or needed to talk to someone in the office they would NEVER pick up the phone despite being there in the office. I believe the icing on the cake has been my situation of the deposit, we gave 1000 500 for the place 500 for the pets and tell me why we only received 193 from the 1000. The communication regarding that has been on hep of a mess. Jason the manager would tell us here is the list of possible charges if you are able to clean everything spotless then he would say oh don't bother cleaning. Tonie then would say one thing like you automatically get charged for paint carpet and cleaning and then change to oh well those are the thing we typically charge. So then say that! They promised to let us know if our carpet needed to be replaced so if needed to be change there would be no charge I went multiple times to the office and either Jason was not there or he did not give me an answer. They said with the check we will receive a detail invoice of all the charges I have yet to receive it. Recently had a tour of Waterview and I immediately fell in love. The property is beautiful and conveniently located next to a shopping center. Tonnie gave me tour and answered all of my questions regarding the property. She was extremely warm and welcoming and she helped ease my concerns about moving to Benicia, a city I'm not very familiar with. I'm currently in the market for a bigger apartment for me and my family and Waterview is at the top of my list! read more

I really didn't want to believe all these horrible reviews at first but now I can't help but agree with them I've been wanting to move into these apartments but they can't even answer the phone or even reply to my voicemails after the first few calls I made it started to go straight to voicemail like they don't even want people to rent there damn units! I once lived at water view before all the amazing upgrades... loved my experience with the staff and management. I moved out of the area for a couple of years and decided to go back to this place and was pleasantly greeted by Tony who had a bright smile on her face, my husband and i took a tour and might i add tony was extremely knowledgeable on pricing, availability,and all the questions we had lol! i currently live at the waterview appts. i really wish i knew about YELP before i moved in here. I wish someone would have warned me before i moved in here. the management here is always changing. I really don't like living here. i've been living here now for about 2 1/2 years now. my circumstances are such that i can not move now. but i would move out a New York minute if i could. When i found a mouse in my tiny room apartment, i called the leasing office right away, i was told to buy a cat. they did nothing. i caught the mouse myself. water pipes break often, plumbing is a joke here. the laundry rooms are disgusting and machines never work. they did just re-do the gym. but i don't use that. but the gym used to be always broken too. my rent is very high for what i rent too. one year it was raised $100. I am on a fixed income too. they wouldn't go lower either. neighbors are a nightmare. the only good thing about living here is that it's in benicia, close to shops and schools. :( PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE... read more

I've lived in Waterview for almost 5 years now. The area is safe and it's close to shopping center. The management and the maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive. Alan has helped us a lot with our maintenance issues. The grounds are well maintained too except that some residents don't pick up their dog's "poo" but I wont't take that against the management since I think they don't really have control over it. I would love to stay here longer provided that there won't be a significant increase in rent. Our rent went up by 100 at one point. I think they should give a break to long time residents. read more

The maintenance staff here is professional and responds promptly to service requests. I unfortunately must move because the commute to work is much too long, but I want to compliment the office staff, especially Tonnie the assistant manager, for her extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable way of interacting with tenants. I know this is long overdue. I have rented many apartments and Waterview is truly one of my favorites. The staff and front office people were always available to help and assist when necessary. It was safe, clean, and our neighbors were very nice. The maintenance staff was always available in case we had any issues. My brother actually also lived here as well for a bit. It's in a great location next to good schools and a shopping center with everything. Daniel Vega is the area manager and he is very professional and kind. I truly feel like they care about their tenants here. We have never had any issues with noise and I love that everyone is very respectful. I know that some of the bad reviews they received were due to unresponsiveness but this is not the experience i had. We had no mice issues or flooding. Our screen door was missing the bottom piece but I called the front office and they were able to fix that right away. read more

Worst place ever. Looks nice until you move in. Everything is broken and falling apart and they dont fix amything but continue to raise your rent at the end of each lease by the full 10% allowed by law. Im not just talking about little problems either i mean the deck rotting and you sit in a chair and the chair leg puts a whole through the deck and electrical wiring problems and cabinets disintegrating and mold because of all the moisture and broken ventilation systems. Broken heaters, gaps in doors to outside that let in cold air in the winter, hot air in the summer, and bugs. There are tons of cracks and gaps where the cabinets for bugs to hide in and moisture to collect and grow more mold. The bathtub had peeling paint and the floor was crumbling where it was rotting frim all tge moisture. The apartments share a water heater for 8 apartments and they constantly have problems with the water, busted pipes or leaks, and the water gets turned off often because of that for days at a time. The office staff is rude and incompetent. The maintenance staff is kind and does try but not given the tools and funds they need to do their jobs. They are a very unprofessional and charge as if they were a top notch place. They also charge you for water garbahe and sewer monthly and add it on to tge balance of your rent each month. The water, garbage and sewer at this place comes out to more monthly than i pay in my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a front and back yard every few months. The pools always have broken furniture and poles and gates and the main pool is always dirty. The laundry room is disgusting as well. You cant have comcast internet or cable and you have to pay a contracter monthly for servicing and maintenance upkeep on top of your regular internet and satellite cable bill because it is a apartment community instead of you having your own satellite and internet wiring. Never move here, it is truly awful and disgusting at how they run this apartment community. Oh you also have to get insurance that protects them from getting sued by your guests or replaces their property even though they wont fix anything to prevent anyone from getting hurt or to prevent the possible fires or other hazards. If you are thinking about moving in Talk to the people that live there before you move in and talk to more than just one go in and wait in the parking lot and ask the people that walk by if you dont believe me. Im not the only one who feels this way. And when you move they keep your deposit no matter what, i was told that by other people moving out when i lived there and then when i moved out sure enough they kept the whole deposit. They charge you for cleaning and replacing things like stove drip pans when its not even cleaned before you move in and i cleaned before i moved out on top of it. But when i moved in there was moldy food in the dishwasher and the bathroom was filthy. read more

I love this place. I am retired and have been here 2 years. Love to see the children and the pets of some really nice people, my neighbors, I feel very safe. Management is fabulous. The first day here I met Jason and Alan, both the nicest gentlemen. Jason is the man in the office, Alan the man on the ground. Each day the maintenance team, Alan and Albert, drive around in their golf carts picking up every piece of paper, every twig out of place. The pools are sparkling, very inviting. The landscape beautiful year round. When I need assistance in fixing a problem, they put me on the books and it is done (with a smile I might add). read more
