Since we picked them out at the showroom we didn't inspect these images, although we should have. One set of lights was delivered without any instructions, junction box, and had packaging that barely covered the light. The other lights were ridiculous, enormous, and not what we selected when we took time out of our day to go to their showroom and work with one of their employees. Not the end of the world, we wrote them and asked if we could exchange the lights for what we needed... for some reason instead of accommodating a rational request that would ensure we're not out several thousands of dollars, we received a firm and seemingly spiteful response including all caps (unprofessional) and a closing of "enjoy your lights" when they know we're being left with thousands of dollars worth of lights that aren't usable. Spare yourself the time, energy, and money. Go somewhere else, there's plenty of other options.

She has got old-school kindness and professionalism which is quite rare these days. My aunt has been so happy with her quality light fixtures from MSK and their reasonable prices on repairs for our older fixtures. I have been to many tile stores, but there was one pink tile that caught my attention here. There are samples after samples along the walls, high and low, where you can graze your fingers over and the names of the tiles are labelled underneath. Remember to sign in in the front and they will give you the attention you well deserved. The weekends are the worst because their business is great so they have many customers. If you want quality time without feeling rushed, please go on the weekday. There are three workers there when I visited them and don't expect to be greeted right away because they seem like that there is a storage of staff. But you have all the time to browe around on your own time. A word of advice, walk around the store and mentally mark down which tile you like, so when the call your name, you are prepared. Once the assosicate call your name on the sign in sheet, they spend all the time with you as you are led to a table so you can discuss the designs and samples. You can also look in a huge binder with an associate who can answer all your questions. Make sure that you bring your list of questions because they helped me understand more about the tiles that I picked (pink tile that looks like a painting) and be prepared of the process of the payment.
