Unfortunately, her recent experience has been deeply disappointing. She underwent a root canal at Gloss that was not performed correctly, and we now have to pay for a second procedure to correct the issue--confirmed by an experienced endodontist with detailed scans. What's most upsetting is the lack of accountability or empathy from the staff. Rather than acknowledging the mistake or showing any willingness to resolve it, they've dismissed our concerns entirely. The constant turnover of dentists should have been a red flag, but I had hoped for consistency and quality care but instead my wife has been left in excruciating mouth pain and left in the dark for an extended unnecessary amount of time. At this point, it's clear that Gloss operates more like a corporate chain focused on profits rather than patient care. I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution. They didn't even have the decency to follow up the many times we called to find out what they were going to do to help with their mistake.

The front desk staff is friendly, sociable and supportive through out your visit. The Equipment is high tech, updated and the best of the best. My only concern was I didn't sense the Tech was as concern about safety. I felt I had to coach her on using the X-ray protective shields. She was on the other hand alert, friendly and delightful to work with. Cost was somewhat high but unfortunately nothing is cheap these days. The Provider was also OON with my insurance plan. The Dentist was straight forward with expectations, treatment, recommendations and possible outcomes. I got copies of the X-rays and recommended treatment plan along with estimated cost. The wait was about 10 minutes to get my xrays done then I was taken to room for gum exam, then a 5 min wait to see Dr Patel (who was super friendly and helpful) then the benefits coordinator came in and allowed me to pay and schedule my next appointment in the room. Finally a short wait to see the hygienist (thorough, quick, friendly) who performed my cleaning and fluoride treatment. Overall I felt great about the experience. The proximity to my house and the overall organization and professionalism will bring me back here in six months for my next checkup.

They have a private parking lot which had plenty of spots. The lobby was very clean and spacious. Check in was very easy and pleasant. I didn't have to wait long to be called in. I have extreme anxiety related to dental procedures including cleanings due to sensitive gums. Unfortunately, I didn't have a pleasant first time experience with the hygienist that day & even felt ashamed by her remarks. I wish there was more caring bedside manners especially coming in as a new patient & informing her of personal struggles but I decided to come back for a second appointment to fix other dental issues. The assistant that day was very kind and even noticed when I would tense up. She immediately reassured me and encouraged me to relax as best as I can. It was so helpful and I truly appreciated it. I've had cleanings, x-rays, and fillings done here and every experience has been pleasant and efficient. For cleanings, the dental hygients are always extremely thorough, friendly, and full of recommendations. My appointments are always honored on time and the parking lot has plenty of spots available. This is the first dental practice I don't mind coming to (and I've been to many in my 40 years of life living in different cities).
