Watts eye care charged me for a visit which I paid at the time of my visit then billed my insurance company without my knowledge. They then billed me for an additional co pay. They DID NOT tell me at the time of my visit that additional charges would be billed. In my book that's double dipping. Shame on them and their book keeper Trisha for doing the right thing to correct the situation. read more

The very young blonde acted like she knew everything, but knew nothing! I have Masshealh, she insisted I have a copay... when I know I do not! she also had my OLD address pulled up! I've been going here for years! and I also know my own insurance not a great experiene! The older more experienced woman on the left side, was certainly more knowledgeable with better 'bedside manner' I was using my tweezers and they slipped and I got it in my eye, she told me, " that doesn't sound like an emergency‼ what! I stuck a tweezer in my eye! Work Ethic -- she had none! I will not hold it against the business, but I'll definitely not go to her again! read more

Had to have my glasses repaired and was away from home. I am not able to drive without my glasses so I stopped in and meet some of the nicest people I've met in a long time. They took care me quickly and could not have been nicer. Felt like I had been their client for years. If I lived close enough they would my eye care specialist. read more

The eye exam was extremely thorough. My initial experience in the optical shop was a bit unsettling. Working with an inexperienced person I was not given all of the information and availability of the best eye wear to suit my needs. I could tell they were looking at me as high maintain ace client. Not so. The prescription was not place correctly in the eye wear. When I mentioned it I was told that is wear me marked it. Given she was new someone else took over. I ordered what the optician were telling me were stylish. But they were not right. After wearing them for almost 2 weeks and having to wipe them every ten minutes all day I knew they were not right for me. They hit my eyelashes and hung on my face. When I returned I felt that they were a bit condescending to me like it was my fault. However after many tries Rick found the right frames and lenses and was Kind, patient and knowledgeable. When you wear glasses every day all day and pay out of pocket for your eye wear they just have to feel right. Thank you read more
