No one, Caleb, John Lewis, Carlos, Pedro Velasquez WILL NOT RETURN CALLS, emails or text messages. On December 21, 2020, PG&E sent the application for a final inspection to SunStor in order to complete our project, which by the way, has been paid in full, There were, of course, errors on the application, i.e. wrong address by SunStor. PG&E returned the application on December 24, 2020. As of today, SunStor has not return a corrected application. We are now in May. PLEASE IF YOU ARE CONTEMPLATING GETTING SOLAR...DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We will be going to Sacramento this week to file complaints to with the CSLB and the BBB. They walked us through our options clearly, were honest about scheduling constraints, and still found a way to get us in on a pretty good timeline.
