Reached out for help with a shower that stopped working. It was only providing hot water. Gavin came out identified the manufacturer which wasn't obvious and found the correct part which was an odd one.... This is where I give the man, the company 5 stars. Gavin gave me the option to buy the part and self install or he could do it for a reasonable price. In my personal experience most just do it and charge quite a lot. We called Gavin at Bullseye Plumbing here in Washoe Valley. He's fantastic! We hired him to fix the bathtub and shower faucets and fix a dripping toilet water valve. Gavin is professional, explains the issues clearly, friendly, and efficient. He stayed well past "ordinary hours" to ensure we had showers and was able to get a little invasive on the plumbing without breaking a single tile. He'll be back tomorrow to see about our tub drain; the cylinder stopper is seized in the pipe and the connector was utterly awful and corroded. EDIT: He was back right on time, did his utmost to keep our costs down, and entirely fixed it this morning. Very nice work, nice man. Couldn't be happier with his work. By all means, look to the local guys instead of the big companies when you can. We'll be hiring him for the rest of our plumbing needs. read more

Of course nothing plumbing related ever happens during the week. As such, our saga began on late Saturday night. After hours of cleaning up the standing water in our kitchen and dining room we were on the phone Sunday morning and after getting the run around from 3 known local plumbers we found Gavin. We spoke at 10 am and by 1pm he was unclogging our kitchen drain. Quick, Efficient, Professional and personable. Then we had him back out to correct the improperly installed water softener discharge line (installed 12 years ago) that was the cause of the back up. We now are pleased to have found a reliable and honest plumber and reccomend him highly. read more

We have been extremely happy with the service that Gavin has provided. The first repair that he did was soldering a leaky pipe near our well tank. It was a very tight squeeze but he was able to make it happen. More recently we had a blockage in our septic line. He responded quickly and within minutes was able to get it cleared for a very reasonable amount. Gavin arrived late without phoning ahead. Charged 700 dollars for 2 hours of labor plus whatever he paid for electrical tape to hold a pipe in place and a fitting. Did not put in P trap so now we hear gases pass through kitchen sink drain when toilets are flushed. He offered to fix that for an additional $800-1000. Another plumber came and added the p trap for 150. Really sad to see someone take advantage of elderly in this way. 2 stars because Gavin did adjust a shower water flow and offered pleasant conversation Gavin did call my mom to ask that I remove this review. Sorry your house burned down but that is no excuse for the terrible job and overcharging. I did call you to make it right and you wanted an additional 800-1000 dollars to do what should have been done in the first place. You were unapologetic until you saw this review. read more

Gavin has saved us twice, both times on a Friday afternoon. All the other plumbers we called said they could get out in a week or so. Not helpful when you have a sewer backup at an apartment complex. It was finally time to call in the professional, so I called around to a couple plumbers in Paradise. I was reaching message machines until I dialed up Bullseye. He took great care in bringing in and removing his machines without having them drip and getting "grossness" on our carpets. We called one of the bigger shops in town first, but the guy they sent whined and complained about doing the job, so we fired them and tried this company. I called around 9:30 Gavin picked up and was at a job, I told him my tenant had called and said there was a good size leak at the property. Under the house was completely flooded.
