Recently we discovered some new trails inside a closet and when we looked at the original report, we realized the garage wasn't treated so now the activity is on the other side of indoor the garage wall. Looks like we now have to start all over with a complete treatment. The front of the house did not have the holes drilled into the cement (just into the soft joints) like they did the back patio. Since this is near where the activity is, I'm wondering if that's what caused the issue to return. The people were definitely pleasant to work with; I just didn't realize we would need to start over with such an expensive process so soon after the first treatment.

I get monthly exterior spraying around the perimeter of my home for scorpions. I'm considering leaving for the following reasons: -Monthly rate increased this month from $61 to $67 without notice, no change to service. When I called to ask why I was told that some customers received notice that rates would increase but a large majority hadn't. Customer service didn't know why but acknowledged they were getting lots of calls about this. Rate also increased last year. -Unauthorized withdrawal of monthly service charge on debit card used for prior month's payment when I had not authorized auto payment. Again when I called about this I was told that they had changed systems which caused all unpaid balances to be automatically debited against cards on file, even for customers who hadn't authorized auto payment. They refunded the payment and I then went and manually made the payment as I do every month. I immediately deleted my credit card from their payment system. I was told the issue hadn't been communicated to customers. I was only made aware of the issue because I noticed the charges and called them! -Fraudulent scheduling - my home is serviced every 30 days. Has been for years. Over the last year I've noticed they try to service closer to every 20-25 days. Unless you call to reschedule you will end up paying for extra services per year. For the past two months I've caught the issue, rescheduled and continued to get texts trying to schedule me for less than 30 days from last service! For example, I was serviced 4/15, my next service should be close to 5/15. Received text late Friday afternoon 5/2 informing me of pending service on Monday 5/5. I called first thing Monday 5/5 and the customer service rep agreed that I should've been closer to 5/15 and changed my service date to 5/15. Today, 5/7 I received a text reminding me of my 5/9 service! When I called them for the second time this week to correct their error, no answer. Left a message and I'm waiting for a callback. Never expected to have to babysit a company performing such a basic service.

At the initial service the guy came and did only pest spray and said he didn't have us down for weed control.. called to complain and the salesman that got this whole sham started came out and sprayed for the weeds and then tells us they only come every other month but we make monthly installments of $55! So we are unhappy but thought let's give another month and see.. same thing they only do pest spray and no new boxes left in garage! This final time the guy comes and only pest spray and he tells me that weed is extra and he doesn't do that. I asked for my new sticky trap boxes and he said he was out and would do next time.. we called and cancelled and they charged us $145 to get out of contract.. our neighbor signed up at same time and he cancelled after the first month when he saw the guy only did his front yard.. he paid $110 to get out of contract!!
