Since our Samsung FlexWash had a control board go out months ago, we've been waiting on a part due to supply chain issues and have been stuck at laundromats. Definitely a humbling experience until I found WaveMax right next to our favorite Sports Bar, Godfathers on First. Jim + Janet here at WaveMax Laundry are like rays of sunshine to our local Tustin community. They've only been here in town off First street for maybe 6 months if I recall correctly and you can immediately tell the difference when you walk in. Beautiful grey and navy appliances, that are whisper quiet most cycles. They offer even larger machines for your duvet covers, comforters and bedspreads, perfect for large families, we use the 10x load all the way down on the left side. Jim + Janet are the owner/operators here, and they are seriously the happiest people... Janet jokes about how Jim never used to lift a finger with laundry until they opened WaveMax, too funny! Convenient parking in the back, and they are open until 10pm 7 days a week. I really enjoy their hospitality, and warm personalities that will always keep our family coming back to WaveMax. The Laundry Pay app is very easy to use as well, and saves you from having to dump 20+ quarters into the larger machines. It's CLEAN and you have several options on machine sizes. Your value for your $ buck $$.. the area is safe at night and they even offer doing your laundry by the pound. I live in the area, I work in the area, and have actually been a customer at your laundry place for quite a while. There is absolutely no reason why I would cause disturbances in my community for any reason. In all the time being, I have always unloaded my clothes and moved my car, because realistically there is no real logical reason why I would walk from another parking lot ground to the laundry mat when I could just unload and then drive and park elsewhere. I think any logical person would agree. This is what I have always done. This is also what I have seen people do. As a community everyone should always want to work together. The elderly lady that started screaming in the parking lot did not show ANY type of decency and understanding. You barging out of the laundry mat did not display any sort of common sense or rational behavior as an owner. You never heard both sides nor tried to work with both parties in resolving. You barged out screaming! Your allegations are completely false. To the extent that the police officer spent about 40 minutes speaking with you. He insisted that he was clear in letting you know that your behavior is ABSOLUTELY not tolerable and there is absolutely no reason why you should have PUSHED Jenifer with your belly. 1. The elderly woman screaming was not parked on a legal parked spot. The massage place owner had asked her to move and she was defiant. 2. I was unloading my car about 50 feet or more, behind the elderly woman's car. At no point was I blocking her way whatsoever. She just wanted to scream at me to let me know that was not a parking spot.... which is ironically very funny since she herself was not in a legal parked spot as I explained on my first point above. 3. Being elderly does not give any person the right to disrespect someone else. Age does not define the level of respect you are allowed to receive or give. 4. I let her know all my clothes were already inside except one last bag and then I'd move my car and she still kept screaming. How is this behavior normal? 5. As a business owner/manager and someone who should be committed to displaying exceptional customer service, it wasn't very much any of those things when you barged out screaming. I work in customer service as well. When you are dealing with two parties you should always understand what the problem is and how to get to a solution by staying neutral to both. Instead you did not care for any of that. You barged out SCREAMING telling me to "GET OUT". Is this how you resolve conflict? You are a one sided type of listener? 6. After you said I could not wash at your store I said okay and asked to go inside to get my stuff and you stood in front of the door and said "NO YOU. CANNOT GET YOUR CLOTHES". This is actually very insane because, why would you want to keep my dirty clothes hostage? That is so weird in so many ways. You refused to let me get my clothes and I just stood there doing nothing. You finally went inside once you saw the police car pulling up because you knew how ridiculous it would be to tell the officer you are blocking my way from getting my own dirty clothes back. 7. Ultimately we called the cops because you PUSHED my friend with your belly. You got in her face. This is the video the police officer saw and sided with us. I had never had an issue going to that laundry place, not even the parking phased me... til meeting you. You have horrible customer service. Everyone will surely get to know you at some point and I am sure everyone who happens to have a similar encounter or situation will end up seeing the nasty side you displayed. Some comforters are just too much for our washer/dryer, so when I need to wash them a clean laundromat is what I wish for. This place has clean/new machines, with options to pay with card vs coins. So breaking it down, it cost me $10 to wash 1 fluffy/large comforter. And it still has some room using their largest machine. Using their app, it gives rewards right away, which I use to dry the comforter. Comparing that from what cleaners ask for to wash my comforter, which is at least $30, no brainer. Only downfall, parking is very limited. read more

I really tried to like this place because i have really bad anxiety and i love a self serve laundry mate unfortunately today the blonde lady with a black sweater with little white mickey mouse on was very rude and yelled at me for using their "out of service" machine. 1 I did not know it was out of service as the sign is literally at the top back and no one can really even guess it's not for use. Even cheaper places can at least put up a PAPER SIGN!!! 2 you shouldn't ever yell at people just because they had no idea it was even out of order. I had another lady who wanted to put her clothes there and I had to tell her not to because it's out of order. I won't be coming here again because of the blonde girl. Please hire nicer people to run this place and please fire this lady as she's super rude to people. I wish I would have known of this place before. Wow, was I impressed!!! I walked in expecting to find dirty washers, homeless napping in the back and broken washers! This place blew my mind! The moment I walked in I smelled a clean room and was greeted by a sweet young lady that helped me with the washers. The best part, it only took 15 minutes for the comforters to dry! First time using this laundry mat and we had a great experience! The attendant was very helpful and friendly! The place is super clean. We were so surprised how quickly our clothes washed and dried typically it takes us at least 50 minutes to wash and dry this time just 17 minutes to wash and 12 minutes to dry!!! 12 minutes!??! I needed to wash my big blankets so I randomly chose this place based on ratings ..n closest to my house. To my surprise it truly lived up to the hype. I was amazed on how clean the shop was including the machines . I felt very safe also. The employee was super helpful n friendly . He even offered me a complimentary beverage while waiting for my things to be finished . The laundry detergent n drier sheets were complimentary also . Wow ! I used the biggest loader n it took 17 min to wash for 10$ . And I used the drier that was .25c per 4 min . My huge furry Korean king size dried 100% in 16 min. I was so shocked. This was so worth it to me. This is my new spot ! Thank you thank you The only negative side was that the parking lot was so limited .Thankfully I went on a Sunday and the business next door was closed so I used that parking lot. Amazing customer service and laundry cleaning. I called the night before with a couple questions and Jim was very helpful in terms of what services they offer. I was in need of "wash, dry, and fold", Sarah was very kind while taking my items and setting up my profile for their text messages. Then when I found out that it can be same day service I was astonished, typically it can be completed next day, but she gave me assurance that they can try to have it done same day. Then a couple hours later my laundry was ready to go, mind you they charge by pound, I had about 40 pounds of laundry along with a blanket, and it was quick, and personally I think the pricing was adequate , not pricy like other laundry places. When I went to pick up Janet was just as kind as Sarah, I felt well taken care of and the cleaning was top notch, and they even hung some of my items ( my medical uniforms) and everything smelled so clean and fresh. I will definitely use their services again and would recommend to everyone I know! read more

I happened to stumble upon this laundromat after my usual was way too full. I come in expecting the same ole laundromat as any other and was pleasantly surprised not only by the cleanliness and machine availability but the customer service is amazing. I had someone greet me at the door and asked me if I needed assistance. I let them know it was my first time there and wanted to know how to lad the machines. She gave me a tour and explained how everything worked. You can use either quarters or the app where you can load funds from your card and scan your machine to pay. Not only can you pay on the app but it tells you how long you have till its done and notifies you when your machine is done. It also tells you how many and which washer and dryer machines are available. I am beyond pleased by my first impression and will be frequenting this location. read more

A family member needed to clean some large comforters, and I helped him choose this establishment based on the positive reviews. The young woman working there was very helpful and friendly. She took the time to answer all of our questions and offered helpful advice. Using the app made paying easy and convenient. After paying for 2 loads of washing, we earned enough points to help pay for some of the drying. It was newer and cleaner than all of the other places I looked into. There is a restroom you can ask to use. They had a jar of free lollipops (1 per person). They provide free soap powder and dryer sheets, which is a huge plus. I left off one star because parking is very, very limited and the interior is small so there isn't a lot of machines to use. read more

The cleanest and friendliest laundromat I've ever been to. I go to WaveMax when there's too much going on in life and there's no time for laundry. In my opinion, it's much better to pay for a wash and fold service that will get it done than pay my time. I had a variety of garments in my laundry basket-- delicates, whites, bright colors, heavy jeans, you name it! All were taken care of and folded so neatly where it's just from the bag to drawers. The staff there are all so friendly and attentive to their customers. I saw some complimentary laundry products too, just in case you might've forgotten yours. They even have a cute lost sock hanger! Not only are the washers and dryers top of the line but they both do such a great job in washing and drying. The staff is always willing to help and are so welcoming. The location is always clean and plenty of sitting area to relax while waiting for your clothes to be cleaned. I needed help. My washing machine broke. After 2 days waiting for a repairman, the machine needed two more parts. Service center said parts would be sent in 2 days. Only received one part and am still waiting for the second part a week later. My son said they offer "wash, drive and fold" services at a lot of cleaners. Called the local cleaners and they wanted astronomical fees and promised delivery in 2-3 days. I thought I'm just going to have to go to a laundromat and do it myself. Wavemax was the highest rated laundromat so I researched and found out the offered "wash, drive and fold" services and, at a very, very reasonable price. Not only was the owner very pleasant, she turned my order around in the same day! Needless to say I was very impressed and will use Wavemax whenever needed. read more
