Sat at the bar. Very nice decor and lighting looking out at the lounge area outside. Ordered the clams, charred Caesar salad and a strawberry daiquiri. The service was good even though the bartender had to service the tables too. He recommended the salad and it was very good. The clams were good but not as flavorful as I expected. There were two unopened clams in it for which I knew not to try and eat. I'd recommend the chef take them out before serving. Overall good experience but things could have been better. Will try again later in my trip. Maybe I'll try the steak next. I really wanted to like this as the staff is amazing but when I came back for dinner my food was sub par. The salmon was over cooked and lacking flavor, the artichoke hearts still had their thorns, the bacon was old, the carrots shriveled and the Mac n cheese also lacking depth in flavor.

Service and food were incredible. Julio was very accommodating and attentive. My girls enjoyed the Scallops so much, they asked if we could go back for dinner.

Service was great, food was good, on the fancy side, a bit pricey. I may come again on a special occasion.

Located inside the Hilton hotel. Very chic ambiance and cool presentation of dishes and drinks.

Outstanding food and d service! We loved our dinner here. It's a well thought out menu, each item carefully planned.

Ordered: - Brussels 9/10 (good flavor - texture on softer side) - Japchae 9/10 (not standard "japchae" I expected, but menu explicitly lists that it's an udon noodle - this was probably my favorite dish!) - beef tartare 10/10 (needs extra seaweed chips) - Spicy rig 9/10 - Wagyu hot dog bao 6/10 (just not my thing) - pistachio ice cream with chili oil 5/10 (as expected - wouldn't need to order again) - 1 glass of wine - 3 cocktails Total $233 before tip Really like the Asian fusion aspect of the menu and that they switch it up/try new things. Definitely pricey, but we got a good amount of food based on what we ordered and ended up being really full and taking food home. Ambiance is nice - although, I still don't love the little bugs flying around the moss ceiling (a complaint I had from last time I came last year). Parking is normal Cocoa Beach parking. Would recommend parking further and walking since the closer lot is more expensive $/hr

Just walk through for a memorable event. "Les" was working the bar, and was friendly and very efficient. He took my order and in no time flat I was enjoying an excellent coffee called the "Dalgona". This is A Korean whipped coffee drink made by whipping together double shots of espresso and sweet cream and adding to the top of vanilla sweetened milk. It was delicious!! Coffee options include Espresso & Lattes, Specialty Lattes, Craft Brewed Coffee - including French Press, Pour Overs, and Frappes. There are several Tea options as well including matcha, green, chai, Yerba Mate, and Black (to name a few). This is a really cool place with exceptional drinks!
